Abstract: On elaborating the basis of teaching advantages of applying network technology in institutions of higher learning, the course teaching status and existing problems of project management specialty in institutions of higher learning are analyzed.
It deals with management, engineering, economic, legal, and many disciplines.
At the same time, in order to suit the social needs to engineering management talent, apart from greatly refining traditional engineering management knowledge, the engineering management specialty must effectively increase new matter which contains new theories, new techniques and new equipment.
Multimedia network technology application in engineering management specialty reflects effective integration of CNT (computer networking technology) and engineering management teaching.
It has important significance for training engineering management personnel, and improving students' engineering practice ability and innovation ability and the development of engineering management.

The conclusion is that harmonic coexistence of technology and art can be truly achieved through architectural form creation on basis of respect to the laws of structural science and through active cooperation between architects and structural engineers.
Thanks to the concrete engineering technology then, arch structure became very popular in Romanesque architecture.
In the final, great achievements were achieved by this building both in terms of technical level and in terms of aesthetic value through joint efforts of the architects and the structural engineers [Fig. 1] .
Second, the architects and structural engineers should take a more positive cooperative attitude during the process of design, making the structural engineer a true participant in architectural form design, rather than just a passive provider of technology.

Abstract: The stress behavior of the reinforced inorganic polymer concrete(IPC) beam was discussed, included the load-deflection curve, craze load and ultimate bearing capacity under the static load function through the method of the experimental study and the non-linear finite element analysis.
The research results offer the theoretical and experimental references for engineering practice and design index of IPC.
The performance of IPC has been widely studied[2-3], but the research of its main engineering application performance and structural properties is less, so it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of IPC, which is an important step in the properties of IPC application in the ordinary construction.
