In contrast, industry cluster is an “innovation chain” mechanism based on information and knowledge relationship, which can be described as follows: many professional industries and relevant supporting institutions concentrate flexibly in certain areas, form intensive cooperation network, and then, embedded in local innovating social cultural environment [2].
At the same time, lots of IT professionals migrate among enterprises, which prompt transmission of tacit knowledge in ICC. 3 The causal analysis of ICC 3.1 The status of ICC The ICC, with vigorous vitality, is in one of the most significant economic features in the industry growth in developed countries, and becomes the core of sustained economic growth in a country or an area.
The common features in the development process of these ICC are that these areas all develop and accumulate among a large number of professional SMEs, and with high degree of specialization among enterprises, fast flow rate of knowledge and information, flexible system environment, and good momentum development of social cultural environment that is beneficial to the innovation development, besides, the regional economic growth speed is fast, too [5].
Industry cluster can cause gas, water and other infrastructure construction, to reduce current expenditure.

Research on Remaining Oil Distribution
During the high water cut stage, the capital task of development and adjustment is to get known “remaining oil” and produce it.
Some of oil –field have experienced 40-year water flood development, which makes the oil distribution very complicated.
To know the relationship of remaining oil, water flooded layer and each formation locations, we have to achieve it by three dimensional visualization.
On one hand, logging data could be used to obtain formation water saturation, bound water saturation and residual oil saturation by analyzing and assembling regular logging data, and then obtain remaining saturation, water ration and classification of watered levels according to filtrating properties and regular pattern of polyphase fluid in micro pore, and fractional flow equation of oil and water’ simultaneous filtrating.
In water flooded oil field, TLL mainly includes TLL of resistivity, TLL of carbon-oxygen ratio, TLL of neutron lifetime logging and so on.

Performance responses of all 17 sets of gas stoves and 6 kinds of water heaters were measured under 10 gases using in GuangDong province.
Since customers rarely adjusted their stoves in such a professional way, the flame according to this principle can be considered as the best performance under “adjustment gas”.
Fig.2 Gas appliances experiment performance of thermal efficiency The test results of water heaters show that: the change is generally about 4%~5%.
CO Emission According to Chinese national standard GB 16410-2007 and GB 9632-2001, CO emission of gas stoves can’t exceed 500ppm, and water heaters must be lower than 600ppm.
But CO emission of water heater is mainly influenced by flame characters and becoming worse with the raise of Wobbe Index.

Whole Process Simulation of Accidents
As we all know, many accidents occur in a moment and most of the details cannot be understood intuitively, such as the mine gas explosions and the processes of water level changing when the tunnel floods occurred etc., it is vivid and accurate to descript the accident conditions, mechanisms, and consequences of the development process by constructing three-dimensional animation incident maps.
Besides the rich and varied forms of animation are designed to meet the needs of different professionals at different levels and achieve the desire effect in security education with a sound, vivid, highly infectious and affinity animation picture.
As a consequence, you can look directly into how deep and how much space the main system extends to provide basis for decision making with taking advantage of existing systems to extend the development of deep reasonable choice of deep ore bodies and filling pipelines, power lines, air pipe, water pipe lines, etc.

The industry of livestock breeding in Sichuan province, especially that of pig breeding were changing the breeding mode from scattered to scaled and professional.
The present status of pollutants of scale pig breeding industry With the formation and development of scaled pig breeding industry, the amount of manure and flushed water discharged from pig farm increased obviously.

But in order to save cost, some scaled breeding farms, especially those of small scale, self-build biogas plants instead of professional team or instruction of any technical personnel, which has no guarantee of quality.

Water This study made use of potable water that was free of all impurities and met [15]'s standards.
The notion was that augmenting the volume ratio of steel and nylon fibers would enhance water absorption.
This increase in concrete's water absorption may be caused by nylon and steel fibers, which absorb more water steel and nylon fibers do and also trap more air in the concrete than control combination.
Table of water absorption of concrete Description Water absorption (%) NF,SF (1.75%) 2.4 NF,SF (2.50%) 2.95 NF,SF (3.25%) 3.5 Fig. 4.
Engineers and construction professionals can leverage this knowledge to design more resilient and durable infrastructure that can withstand a wider range of stressors and environmental conditions.

It can be also produced by mixing the raw components together with a specific amount of water.
is not water-resistant It must be sheltered against rain and frost, especially in its wet state.
is ideal for do-it-yourself construction Earth construction techniques can usually be executed by non-professionals people.
absorbs pollutants It is a fact that earth walls can absorb pollutants dissolved in water.
