With the rapid increase of image data, how to retrieve has become more and more important.
Lots of image data are stored and transmitted in compressed format, but the study of image retrieval technologies are mostly not based on the data of image compression at present.
When we retrieve the compressed image data, we need the “full decompression operation”.
They. transformed DCT domain coefficients for the Mandala domain data.
Because when the ratio increases to a certain degree, the coefficient in retrieval behind process will lose the function, which is equivalent to the reduction of DCT coefficients in the number when retrieving, to some extent, will weaken the descriptions of the image information.

The working principle is as follows: first the SCM system sends commands to the driver of stepper motor, second the driver chip drive stepper motor, third the robot move to the joint through reduction gear, then the peristaltic pump starts to dispense, At last the robot returns to the initial position.
The upper microcontroller is responsible for the management of entire system, the calculation of kinematics, the planning of trajectory, detecting the signal of sensor, sending data to the lower microcontroller.
The lower microcomputer is mainly responsible for receiving the data, and then controlling stepping motor to drive manipulator to move at the accurate positioning and controlling peristaltic pump to finish gluing task.

The paper divided e-commerce users into new users, general users, Silver users and Gold users, and recommended using different recommendation strategies according to the difference of users

After data preprocessing of the commodity recommendation system, the user transaction mode can be obtained, and generates files for each user transaction mode.
In the e-commerce system, the relevant data of new users is collected less, so we need to adopt a targeted approach of recommendation.
In this method, customer vector dimension reduction using factor analysis to get a few representative customer factors, then regression analysis is used by those customer factors on target customers to predict the assessment score of goods, and then recommend commodity which users are interested in.
Experimental data taken from access to records in a month, after pretreatment, get about 900 user transaction modes.

On the real multilayer weld will be described how to arrange whole experiment in order to obtain not only relevant input data but also verification data.

The determined geometrical data, which are necessary to define Goldak´s heat source model, are shown in the Table 3.

The XRD pattern for pure Sr0.5Ba0.5Fe12O19 is in good agreement with JCPDS data (Cardno.51-1879).

Through the related datum, according to the hull lines of parent ship, this paper designed the model of SSD[4].
When the speed was 14.5kn, the open angle of profile was 12°, and the distance between the SSD and the propeller disc was 40mm, the received power decreased the most, the value reduced from 7076 to 6810, the amplitude reduction was 3.8%.

The results of this study provide important data that can aid in the design and optimization of SIDI CNG engines.
Based on the obtained experimental data, the predictive functions of the spray tip penetration S for the injected CNG across the combustion chamber have been calculated.
The data shows that the spray tip penetration increases as t0.58883.
Figure 8 shows the spray tip penetration as the function of ambient pressure and the data shows that the spray tip penetration decreases as Pa0.67898.
Figure 9 shows the spray tip penetration as the function of the injection pressure and the data shows that the spray tip penetration increases with Pinj0.25524.
