In resent year, the choice for the high speed moving structural materials has shifted from almost metallic structures to advanced sandwich composites[3].
The sandwich composite rectangular plate with dimensions of 350 x 83.5 x 9.5mm was made of unidirectional prepreg of carbon fibre and woven fabric prepreg of carbon fiber as face materials both from Weihai GuangWei Composites co., LTD, as well as paulownia board with density of 0.249g/cm3 as core materials from Tianjin Wood Company.
The Cross-sectional shape is shown on Figure 1 and the specifications of prepreg materials are listed on Table 1.
