My perceptions of the biohydrometallurgical field span four decades and stem from being
a professional microbiologist conducting academic research and research for process development
and applications.
The rock material was irrigated with mine tailings water, containing 10 5 A. ferrooxidans/mL the mine water also served as an inoculum.
The source of these moderate thermophiles was thought to be the mine water used for irrigation.
Some lessons that a professional microbiologist learns from process development for the mining industries are: • The development process requires time -- years to a decade or more can elapse from process inception to process implementation

Optimization Scheduling of Cascade Hydropower Stations in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction

The characteristics of different flood peak level under the condition of different water level between cascade reservoirs have been researched.
Also, the flood propagation and water features of Wujiang cascade reservoirs have been mastered.
The research of dynamic water level control during flood has been carried out, which is put into practice in Dongfeng and Wujiangdu reservoir.
Additional electricity benefit has been achieved by raising water level dynamically under the condition of safety during flood.
Pollution Decreasing Benefit.According to the IPCC (intergovernmental panel on climate change) professional committee recommendations, thermal power Carbon dioxide emissions coefficient 2.46, Sulfur dioxide emissions coefficient 0.0165, nitrogen oxides emissions coefficient 0.0156, soot emission coefficient 0.0096 (unit are all t/tce).

On the basis of measuring tetracycline front teeth L, a, b value range (L value 42.33-77.00, a value 0.69-9.60, b value 2.67-31.50) [8] by the Chinese and the selected four group data from the measuring L, a, b values collected from the clinical tetracycline tooth, utilize the professional software to create colorful background, then print out and plastic seal as tetracycline abutment tooth.
All specimens were ultrasonically cleaned in distilled water for 10 minutes and dried to be free of dirt and grease (Kang Jie, Dongguan, ultrasonic equipment company, Ltd).
Rinse with tap water for 30 seconds before place in the ultrasonic vibrator to clean for 10 minutes with ultrasonic.

Ways to prevent pores are: to select the appropriate welding current and welding speed, carefully clean water, oil and rust at the bevel edge; keep, clean and dry welding materials strictly according to the requirements; adjust the chemical composition of the flux and change viscosity of slag; do not use deteriorated electrode. when find electrode coating deteriorated, flaking or weld core rusted, the range of application should be strictly controlled; for submerged arc welding, it should select the appropriate welding parameters, especially the sheet metal automatic welding, the welding speed should be as small as possible, when using a DC welding machine, connection location of welding cable should be as far away from the weld terminal as possible to avoid the secondary magnetic field that some of the welding cable generate on the workpiece.
