Abstract: Concrete is a type of engineering composites which is widely used in military and civil
structures.
By comparing KIc and KId we could conclude the result which meant concrete was more liable to crack under dynamic load. 1 Introduction Concrete is a commonly used engineering composite, which is widely used in military and civil structures such as buildings, defense works and support units of tunnels and underground construction.

Abstract: Mechanical properties of pavement concrete with nano-particles are experimentally studied and compared with that of plain pavement concrete.
However, the research and application of nano-materials in civil engineering are so limited at present.
The mechanical property test of pavement concretes is performed according to JTG E30-2005 (Test Methods of Cement and Concrete for Highway Engineering, China).

As it has been officially announced by the Executive Yuan, the all-people-defense-education subject takes as compulsory credits Current International Situations, Defense Policy, Introduction of All-people-defense, Civil-defense and Mobilization, and Defense Technology.
Secondly, it is advisable some civil universities look for the above-mentioned partners by outsourcing their teacher training programs on the subject of the all-people-defense-education.
These ideal civil universities may include normative universities, polytechnics, education, art, and nursing universities.
It was found that the routine versions performed by the Ministry of Defense proved weak in the selection process, whereas the legalized versions supposedly launched by civil universities seemed less capable.

Abstract: Pumping test is a common method to obtain the hydrogeology information for underground engineering construction, of which monitoring groundwater level is an important part.
The system was applied to an engineering project, and it achieved the satisfactory effects.
China has been a big country in urban underground space development and utilization [References [] Qihu Qian: Civil Defence Realm Vol.
The time difference can be ignored when the system is applied in engineering with water level changing relatively slowly.
In summary, special pumping test is needed to provide scientific basis for engineering design and provide guarantee for the security of engineering progress.
