XRD pattern of gel fibers heat treated at 80℃ for 24 h shows the materials have an amorphous Al13 structure, which is decomposed completely at 350℃.

It was thought that a reduction of these problems could be achieved by improving the tool wear resistance such as using new tool materials, adapting tool geometries, and application of coating tool [4-6].

After import blood pump rotor system to ANSYS Workbench, the first need is to setting each parts material attribute of the blood pump rotor system , because the materials supplied by the ANSYS are not all including the pump rotor materials needed in the system, so it’s need to create some special brand of material parameters alone, it’s only need to define density ,elastic modulus and poisson's ratio in the ANSYS Workbench and other parameters such as mass and moment of inertia will be calculate according to the density of the elastic modulus and poisson's ratio by the software itself, these datas will provide the necessary data base for the blood pump rotor system thermal analysis , in this paper studies on the blood pump rotor system of each parts material physical and mechanical performance parameters ,shown in table 1
