This study first established the nanoscale bilayers assembly technique, and then performed hydrophilic surface modification on stainless steel plates by changing the surface structure, producing different contact angles.
In 2010 Forrest et al.[2] reported that nano-structure coating reduces not only the impact of thermal stress but also the effects of thermal resistance while maintaining the surface roughness of the structure necessary for the hydrophilic property.

Introduction In recent years, many advanced nano/micro-structured functional materials have received considerable attention, and some excellent progresses were obtained.
Wu and co-workes [47] synthesized low-dimensional pyrene, perylene, TCNQ co-crystals, and studied the structure–property related optoelectronic properties.
Wang and co-workes [50] studied the fluorescence behavior of perylene bisimide derivative with pyrene and cholesterol as modifying structures.
It would also favor to study some key issues of surface chemistry and physics of nanocomposites and extend their applications.

They have the complicated structure of the first and second order from 1-2 mm to several centimeters thick and consist of alternating elementary layers.
The Methodology To determine the structure of hydrate formations of the cement stone with aggregates’ minerals the X-ray phase analysis was used.
The behavior of structures with size lower than 100 nm differs fundamentally from the behavior of substances of larger size [12].

The structure of the DLC films was analyzed by Raman spectroscopy (Renishaw, inVia), excitation wavelength 514.5 nm, with a power of 20 mW.
A DLC film is composed of disordered amorphous structure with a certain percentage of sp2 and sp3 bondings.
These two broad peaks depend fundamentally on the structure of sp2 bonded carbon.

Therefore, the change of the state of dispersion is less pronounced compared to the MWCNT/titania structures.
Results and Discussion anocomposites morphology Figure 1 shows the multiphase structures of the produced nanocomposites.
Nevertheless, the strong affinity of titania to aromatic rings (graphite-like structure) can cause the hybrid structure [10].
Thus, the hybrid structure differs significantly compared to those of MWCNT/titania systems.
The size and properties of the interphase are strongly depended on the matrix polymer, the interface chemistry of matrix and particles, and the state of dispersion by means of the effective interfacial area between particles and matrix.

With the accumulation of uncompensated interatomic and intermolecular bonds, conditions for the stochastic diffusion formation of ordered aggregations of the lamellar type (“max”) are created by a combination of translational and rotational deformation modes of molecular structures.
Based on the results of structural studies, the revealed quasiperiodic changes in physical and mechanical properties are characterized as a result of the manifestation of nonlinear crystallization kinetics in the long-chain molecular structure of the binder. 3.
In nano- and microvolumes of the binder, the growth of the inhomogeneity of the electron density (uncompensated charge) is considered as the cause of the formation of new molecular cross-links and crystallization sites with the subsequent ordering of the structure in the form of lamellas.

Pt-Pd alloys are continuous solid solutions, structures in which the atoms are randomly mixed, with no segregation, for all compositions.
The chemistry of C6 linear and cyclic hydrocarbons on platinum surfaces is of special interest for those aiming to understand the reforming reactions that produce high octane gasoline [6].
X- Ray Diffraction (XRD) pattern were recorded in a siemens D500 difractometer CuKα using radiation (λ = 1.54 Å) in order to identify and to obtain details on the electronic structure of nanoparticles.
By X- Ray Diffraction (XRD) pattern in the range from 0 to 130 in 2θ angle for the samples we observed the supported amorphous silica and the presence of metallic platinum and palladium reflections made it evident that a bimetallic crystalline phase forms with face-centred cubic structure.in the sample S1 the lattice parameter was a= 0.389 nm, in S2 b= 0.39 nm and S3 was 0.391 nm according to the composition of the samples both metals with fcc structure.
By X- Ray Diffraction and the bimetallic platinium and palladium reflections made it evident that a bimetallic crystalline phase forms with face-centred cubic structure.
