Geopolymer materials have excellent mechanical properties, such as fire and corrosion resistance [5].
The presence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in cemented materials has been found to enhance their mechanical properties.
One of the factors affecting the composite action between concrete beams and Geopolymer mortar panels is the spacing between the bolts.
Furthermore, Na2SiO3 gel and NaOH were added to the mixture with the ratio of Na2SiO3 (18.5% Na2O, 36.4% SiO2, and 45% H2O) to NaOH (constant concentration of 8 molar) is 3:2 with the aim that fly ash has binding properties.

For example, in order to improve insulation properties while we select materials, we can’t help increasing viscosity that could make injection molding more difficult. 2) If molding body is not homogeneously filled when injecting/molding, there are defects such as dead spaces or cracks inside it[1][2].
Such composite material is widely used in the insulation industry because of its high/low temperature impact resistance, anti-vibration, weather resistance, dielectric properties, flame retardancy, low water absorption, and so on.
Epoxy resin matrix has a good comprehensive mechanical property, high adhesion, low shrinkage rate, good stability and excellent electrical insulation property.
Resin mixed with bubbles not only affects the appearance of products and more importantly affects electrical performance and mechanical property of products.
Summary Molding materials and molding process directly affect the quality of insulation space-components.

Research on Temperature Stress for Contacts Reliability of Electric Connector Yong-ying DU 1,2a, Zhi-li SUN 1b 1College of Mechanical Engineering & Automation, Northeastern University, 110819,China. 2School of Mechanical Engineering, Shenyang University of Chemical Technology, 110142, China aduyongying311 @126.com, bzhlsun@mail.neu.edu.cn Keywords: Reliability; Simulation analysis ; Electrical connector; Temperature stress Abstract.
Equivalent body identified for the electrical connector contact resistance Since the contact resistance joule heat generated by the contact of the contact member is the main factor causing a temperature rise in electrical connector, in the process of modeling and simulation, the main consideration is the thermal influence of the contact resistance.
The analysis of steady-state analysis, as needed between the contact body comprising a contact analysis [4], the corresponding contact should be established right, in order to achieve the transfer of heat between the body and the contact resistance is equivalent to the pin jack, to thermal exchange thermal contact conductivity need to set specific configuration parameters .The electrical connector temperature distribution was researched according to the corresponding material properties, boundary conditions and load.Among the settings for temperature field analysis the value of thermal conductivity is 83.7 (W/m·K),the value of Contact resistance is 0.005 (Ω) ,the value of Current is 7.5 (A),the value of Convective heat transfer coefficient is 5 (W/m2·K),the value of Model outside temperature is 25 (℃).After solving and post-processing analysis of available electrical connector temperature distribution shown in Figure 3.
Fig.5(a) Contact Stress at 25℃ Fig.5(b) Contact Stress at 48.2℃ Electrical connector failure equation under the role of temperature stress There is the following relationship between the creep rate and the temperature of both the metal material by field test analysis: (1) Where is creep rate and is Conversion factor; and is normal stress suffered by the metal surface;is Metallic materials free diffusion activation energy; Boltzmann constant ;is thermodynamic temperature.

The most important factors that affecting fuel consumption of vehicles are vehicle technology, running environment and the use of vehicle[5].
It has already damaged the environment seriously and affects people's daily lives.
All the three factors increase, hence, fuel consumption pre unit time increase too.
To be detail, emission factor HC is 0.9 g*km-1, CO is 9.3 g*km-1, NOx is 0.4 g*km-1.

The deformation caused by cutting force is the main factor that decides wheel groove broaching deformation.
Although it has the advantages of high temperature resistant, then the poor performance in the mechanical machining is obvious.

ENR-36 and ENR-43, adversely affects the processibility and most of the properties.
Based on the overall properties, it can be concluded that epoxide groups on ENR alone can not provide the properties to match with those of silica-TESPT filled unmodified NR.

Introduction Polycrystalline diamond crystal are arranged disorderly, isotropic, no cleavage plane, has a very high hardness, good impact toughness, resistance to abrasion uniformity and excellent heat resistance, thermal conductivity and other properties.
One is the mechanical grinding. it is difficult to achieve complex shapes of the tapered edge and edge machining tool range of applications affected because of difficulties in shaping wheel, wheel serious loss, high cost and other issues [1,5].
Ko-Ta Chiang in his paper told us that the core two significant factors on the value of the material removal rate (MRR) were the discharge current and the duty factor.

Workability is an important factor that affects the application and mechanical properties of SCC, in as much SCC in practical use is required to have high fluidity, good filling ability, deformability and moderate segregation resistance [4].
The rheology of concrete can be affected by different factors: characteristics of the cement, mix proportions, time, aggregate properties and type of admixtures, mixing condition and temperature.
Among all these factors, aggregate properties are the most important because the aggregate normally occupies up to 70-80 percent of the total volume of normal concrete [8] while aggregates generally constitute about 60% by volume of SCC [9].
Therefore 10 – 30% unwashed gravel are suitable for fresh properties of SCC.

It is inconclusive whether dynamic strain ageing has a positive or negative effect on the fracture properties of materials.
Material properties representative of an Al-3Mg 5XXX alloy are taken from Kok et al. [12].
This is done for three reasons: it can be difficult to obtain valid measures of mode II mechanical properties, for the ease of implementation, and because the loading is primarily mode I-the mode II properties should not affect the solution significantly.
These properties result in critical normal ∆nc and shear ∆tc displacements equal to 6.36 x 10−5 m.
