One of the powerful methods to measure material properties at basic element level of materials is nanoindentation, however, this method can be reliably used only to get information about elastic properties (e.g. according to method published in [4]).
On the other hand the classical mechanical testing, e.g. three-point bending (3pb) test enables to describe nonelastic material properties from the stress-strain diagram.Materials and methods Sample preparation.

Firstly, implementation of ABC classification management of construction materials and establishment of the basis of supply chain management The construction materials the construction enterprise needs are of varieties and large quantities, and the different kinds of materials have different properties.
Then the optimal selection and evaluation methods of the suppliers, procurement model, supply model, logistics model, network optimization methods of the different kinds of materials are made clear.
The supply chain oriented to the responsiveness aims at the materials required by the accidental and unexpected project.
While the supply chain oriented to the construction cost is suitable for the materials required for normal projects, the supply chain oriented to the responsiveness is suitable for the materials required for maintenance projects.
