To accelerate the establishment of perfect experimental method system that utilize mineral resources comprehensively, and to pay attention to the use of foreign advanced methods and standard of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, and then to establish comprehensive utilization technology standard of mineral resources by differential mineral, type, scale, regional, to determinate the indexes system of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources reasonably.
The development of comprehensive utilization field of resources needs advanced technology, professional talent and abundant capital, it is not enough to rely on Xinjiang's own strength and existing foundation.
The development in the field of the comprehensive utilization of resources is inseparable from the development and promotion of the advanced technology.

The 3-D TiN dendritic structure fabricated on the surface of Ti plate using laser gas nitriding technique in advance should be help anchor the HA/FHA coating and improved the interfacial adherence significantly compared with the naked titanium surface.
In order to minimize the reflection for the laser beam and to remove the surface oxidation, all the specimens were grit blasted in advance.

Introduction Structure vibration (such as flutter, buffeting and vortex shedding) induced by the turbulence has been a problem in bridge wind engineering field.
The most early adopted turbulence model is the Raynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) model, it is found the traditional averaged turbulence model can not satisfy the time varying turbulence characteristic, so people started to use more advanced turbulence model such as DES, LES etc.
