The research has important
reference value for the theory analysis of hybrid systems and engineering applications.
1 Introduction
Aircraft tractor is a kind of important ground airport equipment, mainly used for moving a plane on
the ground to minimize the running time of the aircraft engine [1].
With the continuous development of civil aviation, the demand of the aircraft tractor's quantity and performance is higher and higher.

The design engineers may have the different opinion with the geology engineers for the design value of strength parameters.
Sometimes they think the design value provided by geology engineers is too conservative.
The earth dam design guideline of US Army Corps of Engineers specifies 2/3 of test results must large than the design value.

This property makes the MRF a wide range of potential application in mechanical engineering and civil engineering [3-5].
This relationship must be considered by engineers in designing and utilizing the MRT.

Therefore, the question of horizontal stress factor hasn’t been solved in engineering yet.
The continual approach to the problem doesn’t require any hypotheses of an engineering scheme (such hypotheses are known to be quite approximate).
It requires neither hypotheses of engineering schemes nor continual equations.
