In the practical application the friction and wear performance of ZrO2 ceramics coatings is related to, so research on the coating friction and wear performance and the wear mechanism of coating are very significance [4-6].In this paper dry sliding friction and wear performance Y-PSZ coating and Mg-PSZ coating with APS is studied under room temperature. 1 experimental materials and methods 1.1 experimental materials 45 steel is used as matrix material with 54mm outer diameter, 38mm inner diameter, height 10mm.APS is applied to make Mg-PSZ coating and Y-PSZ coating on 45 steel respectively.
The thickness of bottom coating is about 0.05mm,its materials Ni/Al powder is used in the bottom coating.
