But these port clusters contains a large number of ports, the conflict of interest is also obvious, so it is the important issue to integrate resources between them[2].
This port cluster consists of container transportation, the petroleum& natural gas transportation, the coal transportation, the grain storage and transport, the import iron ore transportation, the commodity motor transportation, the passenger and the tanker transportation and so on seven large systems.
It includes container transportation, import petroleum and natural gas storage and transportation, import and export ore transportation, grain storage and transportation and passenger and tanker transportation system.

The addition of Co can provide some special properties for Ni–Co–P alloy coatings, such as good resistance to grain coarsening, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties [6-9].
The wear resistance of the coating was improved with the increase of both the content of Si3N4 in the coating and hardness of the coating, because the coating was strengthened by the dispersion of large numbers of Si3N4 in the coating.
With the increase of temperature, electrochemical polarization was decreased, and the crystal grain of nickel became larger.

The grinding pressure is changed by increasing the number of carriers.
Fig. 3: The final roughness of quartz substrate During the experiment found that the surfaces lapped with the 1000# Al2O3 demonstrate a rough processed state with the material removed by the breakdown of the grain boundary, the whole grain is removed from the work-piece, and the brittle mode is the main removal mechanism.

During works on injection of frictional rocks, the injection mixture fills the pores between grains of the rock.
Determination of granulometry One of the basic parameters related to raw materials used for sealing the dam is granularity which should meet the requirements of the standard ČSN 75 2410 (grain line is located in area No. 2, or No. 1, Fig. 5).
It can be stated that the use of energy by-product to repair existing earth dams by using the technology of mixture injection based on clays has great potential, especially in the current situation in which there is a large number of small dams which no longer fulfill their original function very effectively.

Results and Discussion
In the past few years there has been a growing interest in a new class of materials called
nanocrystalline, nanophase, nanostructured, or ultrafine-grained materials [8-10], consisting of
nanoscale particles or grains (1-100 nm).
By varying the current under these low energy milling conditions, both the length of nanorods, and the number of joined nanorods was observed to increase with increasing current.

The bearing capacity fall sharply, and produce a large number of collapsible deformation, the formation of holes.
According to the technical specification for construction of highway roadbed, rice fields or perennial water zone, with fine grained soil filling height above 6 m and other areas filled soil or rock fill embankment height, when more than 20 m, according to the high fill embankment construction.
The bottom and the surface using fine grained soil or contain a small amount of mixed of gravel soil.

The grain composition of yellow river sand meets the necessity of JGJ53-92.
On the other hand, by observing the SEM microstructure of sample interface, a number of crystal dense C-S-H gel grow or cover with fly ash particles surface, which reduces gap ration, enhances interface bond effect, and then improves mechanical properties of fly ash concrete.

The micrograph reveals that the pellet consists of small grains with estimated average grain size of 150 nm (figure 2).
The data are fitted by the Curie-Weiss (C-W) equation χ-1(T)=3k B (T-T CW )/(µ 2 effN)[25] where µeff is effective magnetic moment, N is Avogadro’s number, kB is Boltzmann constant and T CW is asymptotic paramagnetic Curie temperature, as shown by dashed line in Fig.5 .From this, the effective magnetic moment µeff and asymptotic paramagnetic Curie temperature TCW were estimated and found to be 4.87 µBand –158.0 K respectively for rare earth PrCrO3chromites.

Experimental Procedure
The alloy Al-7Si-0.3Mg (A356, chemical composition given in Table 1) in combination with a small amount of the grain refiner AlTi5B1 and metallurgical sodium modification was cast in a so-called "French die", as shown in Fig. 1a.
As shown in Fig. 4a, the number of cycles to fracture is in general higher for specimens heat treated at high temperature (540°C and 545°C, 1 and 2h) than for those heat treated at 500°C (8h).
Ongoing fatigue crack propagation into eutectic regions, which intersect the same activated {111} slip band within the same grain, is slowed down by the barrier effect of the Si particles which have to be passed (Fig. 5a).
