Adapting envelope analysis to characterize the milling tool materials is an important contribution to the qualitative and quantitative characterization of milling capacity and a step by modeling the three-dimensional cutting process.
Figure 2: Experimental device. 4 Measurement and analysis To increase the forces and to obtain a better response for the monitoring the test was performed on steel materials workpiece E24-2, the tool milling cutter were used here is 490-025C5-08M, with 25 mm diameter and 3 teeth.

When n is 950r/min and v is 118mm/min,the strength of the FSW joint of Titanium/Aluminum dissimilar materials is 131MPa which is the highest.
FSW is a solid state welding process which isn’t basically influenced by the physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties and crystal structure of materials, it is enormously advantagerous to overcome weld difficulty which comes from performance differences of different materials, and can avoid some defects which occur in fusion welding and reduce the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds, so it is more suitable for the joining of dissimilar materials.
So about the FSW of Titanium and Aluminum dissimilar materials, further measures (such as the design of stir head, add the middle materials etc.) are took to improve the strength of joint and then it is possible to carry out the applications of engineering.

In this paper, ecotype cementing materials (with steel slag, mineral slag etc. as the main raw materials), waste aerated concrete, regeneration light sand and etc. were used as the main materials to prepare thermal insulation masonry mortar.
Thus, the purpose of this study is to prepare the ecotype cementing materials by using ecotype cementing materials with steel slag, mineral slag etc. as main raw materials, firstly.

Shape Memory Alloys (SMA) belong to a special group of metallic materials, which are capable of returning to a pre-determined shape or size when submitted to an appropriate thermal cycle.
Introduction Ni-Ti alloys are a special group of metallic materials, also known as "Smart Materials", which have two very important characteristics: superelasticity and shape memory.
