The quality of the crankshaft is closely related with material, manufacture, heat treatment and so on.
The key manufacture of crankshaft development 2.1 Material selection and roughcast manufacture The crankshaft of a large discharge and high pressure emulsification pump mainly bears low rotational speed and high load, periodic alternating impact when working, so high quality alloy steel should be considered first when selecting material: The frequently used material mark is 42CrMoA.
Material melting chemistry element must be in compliance with table 1: Table 1 Material melting chemistry element C Si Mn P S Cr Ni Mo V Cu 0.39 ~0.45 0.17 ~0.37 0.60 ~0.80 ≤ 0.025 ≤ 0.025 0.90 ~1.20 ≤ 0.30 0.15 ~0.25 0.07 ~0.12 ≤ 0.20 The smelting method should be furnace smelting + refining + vacuum degassing or slag re-smelting.
The following are the key measures: 1)how to guarantee the consistency of equal angle and eccentricity Both the roughing and semi-finishing of the crankshaft's shaft journal and five crankshaft journal were manufactured by cutting on a horizontal lathe.

When n is 950r/min and v is 118mm/min,the strength of the FSW joint of Titanium/Aluminum dissimilar materials is 131MPa which is the highest.
FSW is a solid state welding process which isn’t basically influenced by the physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties and crystal structure of materials, it is enormously advantagerous to overcome weld difficulty which comes from performance differences of different materials, and can avoid some defects which occur in fusion welding and reduce the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds, so it is more suitable for the joining of dissimilar materials.
So about the FSW of Titanium and Aluminum dissimilar materials, further measures (such as the design of stir head, add the middle materials etc.) are took to improve the strength of joint and then it is possible to carry out the applications of engineering.

In this paper, ecotype cementing materials (with steel slag, mineral slag etc. as the main raw materials), waste aerated concrete, regeneration light sand and etc. were used as the main materials to prepare thermal insulation masonry mortar.
Thus, the purpose of this study is to prepare the ecotype cementing materials by using ecotype cementing materials with steel slag, mineral slag etc. as main raw materials, firstly.

Early studies on the mechanics of gel swelling by Tanaka et al [1] consists of decomposing the material into the two individual phases for separate analysis, which limits the analysis of such materials to simple geometries[1], [2].
The swelling kinetics of a polymeric gel is due to the migration of solvent molecules within and across the material boundary.
