It is shown that dilatation can be used as a checkup parameter for iron strength properties.
The influence of some factors on the properties of iron deposits obtained under non-stationary deposition regimes is analyzed.
For investigating the influence of defects in the crystal structure of metals on the change of mechanical properties, electroplated iron coatings are preferred due to their high chemical purity.
Hence, the defective structure of electrolytic iron and physical and mechanical properties of the material can be determined by its dilatation [11,12].
Results and Discussion The studies have shown that the microstructure and physical and mechanical properties of deposits depend on the regimes of electrolysis.

The mechanical properties, Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), Modulus of Rupture (MOR) and Internal Bonding (IB) and physical properties, water Absorption (WA) and Thickness Swelling (TS) of EFB particleboard were determined.
Modification of this material gives significant changes in absorption characteristics of materials, thus affecting the properties of particleboard manufactured.
Water Absorption 24 Hours for EFB Particleboards Conclusion Ozone treatment can improve the mechanical properties of particleboard manufactured, whereas no improvement on both physical properties was observed.

Based on this, the sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting the pressure carrying of the pipeline, such as the circular size, the axial size, and the depth of the metal loss defect, was carried out.
The constitutive curve of material properties is shown in Fig. 3.
Fig. 3 Constitutive curve of material properties.
(3) The axial size and the depth of the metal loss defect are the main factors affecting the pressure carrying capacity of pipeline.

The Effect of Metallic Addition on Mechanical Property of Aluminum (LM6) Alloy R.
Most of the mechanical properties reported about cast Al–Si alloys are the outcome of tensile testing.
According to prior studies [7], impact strength is the most sensitive of all the mechanical properties to silicon content for alloy compositions containing 3–15% Si [6, 7].
In commercial Al–Si foundry alloys Fe forms brittle intermetallic compounds that have long been identified to be harmful to mechanical properties [8-11].
Further, entrapment of the sludge into the mould cavity has a harmful effect on the mechanical and physical properties of the casting part [16].

Analyzes of thermal fatigue of hot forging dies were developed and factors influencing it were identified.
These are factors related to the temperature cycle of the mold (preheating temperature, surface temperature of the mold, residence time at peak temperature, cooling rate), basic factors of the material properties of the mold (coefficient of thermal expansion, thermal conductivity, yield strength when hot, resistance to tempering, strength at creep, ductility) and stress-increasing factors (rounding, holes and corners, surface roughness).

Formation of coagulated particles when melting is reported to be an important factor for target mechanical properties of the end product.
Wang and others [15] carried out research into the effect of defects formed by melted particles on mechanical properties of CoCr.
The data show that inclusions of melted particles in an article to be synthesized are extremely important for mechanical properties of products manufactured in SLM.

The Effect of Traveling and Rotation Speeds on Mechanical Properties During Friction Stir Welding of Dissimilar Al Alloys Jae-Cheul Park1, a and Seong-Jong Kim2, b 1, 2Division of marine system engineering, Mokpo Maritime University Mokpo City, Jeonnam, 530-729, South Korea a romagain@mmu.ac.kr, b ksj@mmu.ac.kr Keywords: Friction stir welding(FSW), Dissimilar Al alloy, Traveling speed, Rotating speed, Mechanical property, Optimum FSW condition Abstract.
The strength and corrosion characteristics in FSW are influenced by external factors in the welding environment.
Tensile tests were conducted using Series IX software (Instron) and a servohydraulic testing machine (model 8516, Instron) to evaluate variations in the mechanical properties of the welded specimens for the range of parameters.
The microstructural properties were evaluated by hardness measurements and observations of the cross-sections.
As mentioned above, a traveling speed of 61 mm/min produced results with excellent mechanical properties.

Abstruct Analysis of mechanical properties of diamond-like carbon (DLC) films based on experimental designs was reported to optimize characterize by a magnetron sputtering.
Many of these films have been found to display unique mechanical, physical and electronic properties and thus possess great potential for application in tribology, as well as protective and decorative coatings.
Accordingly, traditional methods with characteristic mechanical properties have more difficulty in achieving good results.
Most of the factors have three levels, but Factor A (Material of depositions) has two.
An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was progressed with S/N ratios to detect the effects of factors and was used to examine the influenced factors for quality of films efficiently.

Geometrical parameters of welded joints seriously affect the stress concentration coefficient.
In order to increase the mechanical properties and safety of welded structures, it has great significance for reducing stress concentration coefficient and improving the mechanical properties of welded structures by researching and improving the geometry of welded joints.
There are a lot of factors influencing fatigue strength of welded structures, but stress concentration is the most important one.
There are many factors which has the effect on stress concentration phenomenon of welded cruciform joints, including the weld tangent line angle and weld leg size and so on, as shown in Fig. 1.
