The fuzzy evaluation model for the affecting factors of highway construction accidents was established.
Then the weight of relative factors were determined.
Unsafe condition Unsafe condition object refers to a substance involved in the production process, the inherent insecurity of these properties and their potentially damaging ability of a substance composed.
A total of four indexes and 15 evaluation factors.
The fuzzy evaluation process is shown in Fig.2 Fuzzy evaluation factors set U The conclusion of evaluation Multi-factors comprehensive fuzzy evaluation Single factor fuzzy evaluation Evaluation set V Fig.2 Fuzzy evaluation process The basic steps of fuzzy evaluation are shown below: (1) Establish fuzzy evaluation factors set U If we want to establish the mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation, the first is to establish factors set, assume the fuzzy evaluation factors set is U.

Introduction Corrosion is one of the factors contributing to limitation of steel structures lifetime.
However, their effectiveness is affected by a number of factors encountered at the exploitation site including UV radiation, temperature variations, humidity changes etc. [1-4].
Significant deterioration in the dielectric properties occurred after 146 000 cycles.
The impact of cyclic stress may be regarded as synergistic and the most when accompanied by other degrading factors. 4.

Metal matrix composite has been developed to improve mechanical properties for the automotive component application.
One crucial factor in achieving excellent mechanical properties is improving the properties of the aluminum matrix of composite by the heat treatment process.
The test results show that the mechanical properties of aluminum matrix composite tend to increase after the heat treatment process.
These two particles will further increase the hardness of the composite.(12) The percentage of Fe and Mn element does not significantly affect the mechanical properties of aluminum composite matrix.

The Effect of Traveling and Rotation Speeds on Mechanical Properties During Friction Stir Welding of Dissimilar Al Alloys Jae-Cheul Park1, a and Seong-Jong Kim2, b 1, 2Division of marine system engineering, Mokpo Maritime University Mokpo City, Jeonnam, 530-729, South Korea a romagain@mmu.ac.kr, b ksj@mmu.ac.kr Keywords: Friction stir welding(FSW), Dissimilar Al alloy, Traveling speed, Rotating speed, Mechanical property, Optimum FSW condition Abstract.
The strength and corrosion characteristics in FSW are influenced by external factors in the welding environment.
Tensile tests were conducted using Series IX software (Instron) and a servohydraulic testing machine (model 8516, Instron) to evaluate variations in the mechanical properties of the welded specimens for the range of parameters.
The microstructural properties were evaluated by hardness measurements and observations of the cross-sections.
As mentioned above, a traveling speed of 61 mm/min produced results with excellent mechanical properties.

Factors affecting nano-particle size and particle saturation magnetization were investigated using five factors and three level orthogonal experimental design.
At present, coprecipitation is one of the mostly used methods to prepare Fe3O4 nano-magnetic fluid and there are multiple factors that can affect the properties of nano-magnetic fluid in coprecipitation.
In order to improve the application of nano-magnetic fluid for seal, this paper studied the factors that affect the properties of nano-magnetic fluid and selected the coating surfactant.
Considering the multiple factors during the preparation process and the interaction among these factors, five main factors, which affect nano-particle size and particle saturation magnetization, were investigated.
In table 3, K1~K3 is the sum of three level factors (precipitation ratio), k1~k3 is the mean value of three level factors, and D is the factor range.
