The electric field applied to the dielectric layers increases with the reduction of the dielectric layer thickness [4-5].
For the reduction model, the oxygen vacancies yield electro-migration to cathode under DC field [7].
The HALT characteristics are important to be able to use the TTF data as a predictor of time to failure in the field.

Biogas power generation is the use of industrial, agricultural or urban life in a large number of organic waste by anaerobic fermentation biogas generated from the processing, the use of power generating units, and make full use of waste heat generator sets, and make comprehensive efficiency up to 80% - 85%, so as to achieve the purpose of the development of renewable energy and energy conservation and emissions reduction.
After the project put into production, daily production biogas 10800 m3, generating 21600 kW·h every day. 10000 tons of annual production 10000 tons of organic renewal, biogas fluid , reduction of about 40000 tons of CO2 equivalent greenhouse gases.
Relevant data show that at present the annual consumption of 140 million tons of chemical fertilizer.

The region is developing and in need to accelerate the process of economic growth, and one of the possible ways that can make a great contribution to this is the reduction of fuel dependence by establishing biodiesel production and export.
One major poverty reduction strategy in these areas will be to depend on the inherent skills of the inhabitants.

A schematic layout of the servomotor (permanent magnet d.c. motor) and gear reduction is shown in Fig.1.
Fig.1.Servo plant schematic (D.C. motor and gear reduction) The electrical and mechanical parameters are as follows: []-armature resistance ;[H]-armature inductance ; [Nms/rad]-motor torque constant and [V/rad/s]-motor voltage constant for the permanent magnet DC motor; [Nms2]-armature inertia ;[Nms2]-load inertia ;[Nms/rad]-armature frictional coefficient;[Nms/rad]-load frictional coefficient; low gear ratio;-resistant moment refered to the rotor shaft.
The Simulink/MATLAB software(Fig.9.) is in accordance with the design and the analysis of a nonlinear closed-loop system and with help of the Win Con software, a data acquisition board, it is a possibility to control in real-time a servomechanism or an industrial robot.

Conclusion The results of the fracture tests show that, contrary to the assumption that the “reinforcement” of specimens is achieved by inclusions made from different types of material, there is actually a reduction in the mechanical fracture parameter values of specimens with inclusions.
This reduction indicates that fine-grained cement-based composite does not consist only of the matrix and the inclusion, but also contains an area between the inclusion and the matrix with significantly lower mechanical fracture parameter values.
The authors believe that data on the ITZ’s mechanical fracture parameters will contribute to a better understanding of the toughening mechanisms of silicate composites and could be helpful in the clarification of the formation of the fracture process zone in silicate composites.

Industrially used SiC powders have mainly been produced using a carbothermal reduction known as the Acheson process, which requires long reaction times and temperatures in the range 2200–2400°C [4].
The conventional carbothermal reduction of SiO2 to synthesize SiC powders involves many steps and is an energy-intensive process.
However, the TEM images revealled that the SiC particles produced from the unground silicon particles were more crystalline than the SiC particles produced from the ground ones, which is consistent with the XRD data shown in Fig. 2. and is attributed to the amorphous SiO2 produced during grinding since SiO2 does not transform into SiC at 1300°C.

Acquired diffraction data was then analyzed with TSL OIM Analysis 5 commercial software.
In the first step, investigated alloy was cold rolled to 50 % of thickness reduction.
Cold rolling was carried out on sexton-type rolling mill (with Ø85 mm working rolls) at 2 m/min constant velocity and 10 % reduction per pass.

Firstly, NDT scan matching overcome difficulties in data association.
We use filtering methods proposed in [9] to modify the data in order to enhance the quality of each scan, typically containing 181 data points.
The data reduction, used for Gaussian noise, works as follows: the scanner emits the laser beams in a spherical way, such that the data points close to the source are denser.
Multiple data points located close together are joined into one point.
NDT of laser scan data The algorithm measures the fitness of a particular pose by evaluation the PDFs at all points of the data scan.
