Cutting heat and temperature which is caused by cutting heat is one of the important physical factors which affect metal cutting.
Shapes and influencing factors of the cuttings: Generally speaking, in metal processing,scraps can be in the shape of ribbon cuttings, collapse, C shape, tight rolls and spiral ones etc.
When the concentration of chemical elements of tool and work-piece material has large difference, they will spread to each other in solid, which makes the chemical reaction of the tool, decreases the material properties, causes the tool wear and abrasion, which is called diffusion wear[2].
In other factors, such as the ap = 0.15 mm, f = 0.1 mm/r and so on remain unchanged, the deformation of the chip have a main connection with temperature.

The original equipment manufacturing mode of the multi-species, multi-process and multi-unit is the main mode in Zhejiang manufacturing industry, the workshop layout affect directly the production efficiency and cost.
The paper analyzed the impact factors of discrete operations workshop layout, established the Multi-Agent mathematical model of discrete operations workshop layout by using Multi-Agent theory, put forward the objective function of the workshop layout, and carried out empirical study by typical enterprises.
In 2001, Dobrila et al used SCSIM-Agent technique to analyze the behavior of disturbances and property change of workshop layout before when it is uncertain[6].
This kind of layout affects the fluency of the system and also the production capacity, cost and production flexibility.
There are 601 economic zones of the block characteristics (mechanical, electronic, metal and plastic products, etc.) whose annual production value is more than one billion yuan in Zhejiang Province.

Abstract.
The frequency profile of complex permeability (μr) and permittivity (εr) and their relationship with microwave absorbing properties are investigated in soft magnetic metal-polymer composite materials.
Thin flake Fe-Si-Al particles were prepared by mechanical forging of spherical powders using an attrition mill.
It is evident that the permittivity of magnetic composite was strongly affected by the thickness of flaky powder and aspect ratio variation as shown in figures 3 and 4.
This is believed that the decrease of the permittivity and density of the flexible sheets manufactured in calendaring process may be factors responsible for the shift to high frequency of maximum reflection loss peak.

Scientists has done a lot of works with regard to cavitation erosion mechanism[1], analysis of cavitation flow field[2], cavitation-erosion resistance of materials[3], cavitation erosion factors[4], and bubble dynamics[5], etc.
The magnetostriction apparatus is widely used as an important measure to determine the cavitation-erosion resistance properties of materials and explore the cavitation erosion mechanism.
To resolve the problem, considering the vibration with a very small amplitude, a spring-base smoothing method for all cell types with the spring constant factor of 0 was employed to update the grids in this case.

Currently, viscosity characteristics of the ferrofluid reflect its rheological properties which are very useful and can be applied to many applications.
Researchers believe that the factors influencing the viscosity of ferrofluid are pH, surfactant, solid content, particle size and temperature.
Temperature model correlated with change of the behavior of ferrofluid was build and it was strongly shown that the temperature is one of the factors that change the viscosity.
In our opinion, thickness of the coating layer was increased with the increasing of oleic acid and for that reason the ferrofluid properties are affected.
