The Background of Transformation
In order to welcome Lancang County celebration in Pu’er City , Yunnan Province, the local government organized the professional to protect and reform Jingmai Village in Jingmai Mangjing tourist areas systematically.
The widespread use of solar energy has changed the life in ethnic minority areas greatly and provides the most convenient and cheapest source of hot water for the local people, and it is the safest and most environmentally friendly energy-saving product.

In April 2007, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao pointed clearly that “we must leave no effort to comprehensively use the mineral resources, solid wastes and recycling of renewable and water resources.

The water area in Hangjiahu is 679 km2, about10.5% of plain area.
If the classification was specified to sub-types, the largest wetland is the shallow water in Hangzhou bay, estimated by 57,100 hectares, about 31.38% of wetland area in northern Zhejiang.
The species statistics of the list of wild plants under state protection by Zhejiang government have 10 types including Hibiscus hamabo,Menyanthes trifoliata,Gorgon fruit,water lily et al. 1.3Wetland conservation status.
The prevalence of lotus in land water had been a threat both ecologically and hydrologically.

Residential Building Energy Conservation Status and Residential Low Carbon Technical Type’s Analysis

This type of technology are commonly applied in many traditional local-style dwelling houses, for example, water resources recycling in Huizhou dwelling houses’ light court and draft towers in Arabian regions to keep internal cool of a building.
Intermediate technology refers to those mechanical or artificial technologies with a small investment but is very mature, including solar hot water technology, water saving technology, intermediate water recovery technology, energy-saving lighting technology, mechanical ventilation technology, and the constant temperature technology of resources building, etc.
Energy consumption of residential building can be categorized as kitchen use, living hot water, air conditioning, household appliances, lighting energy consumption, and heating consumption particularly in winter northern areas.
Application of Low Carbon Technology in Different Types of Residential Building In facing the above situation, many people with insights and professional knowledge have realized that energy saving and emission reduction of residential construction should be put at the first place in general.
So the application of low carbon technology in urban residential construction should be dominated by intermediate technology, with a support of high-techs; while rural residential is more suitable for using low technology to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, such as energy saving lamps and lanterns, energy-conserving and environment-protective stoves, saving water sanitary wares, water reuse and rainwater collection techniques.

Because at the beginning of setting and hardening of cement, pressure water is sprayed to wash off the cement paste and reveal more than half of rice stone particles, rice stone particles are half embedded in the cement slurry.
When identifying materials, the designer party mainly conducts research into mineralogical composition, microtexture, water solubility, acid solubility, water absorption, and soluble salt content of main substrates, as well as the corrosion principles of strong acid and strong alkali on granitic plaster materials.
After cleaning weak alkaline neutralizer should be immediately used and washed with water until the walls show neutral by the wide range PH test paper.
For a large area of Kailuan Building’s granitic plaster walls, after using 6# to remove most soiling, other cleaning agents are used to remove the remaining heavily deteriorated dirt and water repellent should be brushed.
