In the general case, the global safety concept reflects the variability of the structural responses due to the random properties of basic variables.
It can be argued, that design values represent extremely low material properties, which not represent real material behaviour and thus can lead to distorted failure modes.
The partial factors for both steel and concrete failure recommended by [3] are equalized and, so, “global resistance factor (GRF)” method is approximately consistent with the PFM and has the same uncertainties (mainly, only compression type of failure).
Following both the "Estimate of the Coefficient of variation (ECOV)" method and the "Global Safety Format (GSF)" method [12] the design value of the global resistance applies: , (4) where: – the design value of global resistance; – the structural resistance predicted by a non-linear resistance model considering the mean values of the material properties ; – the global resistance safety factor according for the uncertainties related to the inherent randomness of material properties.
Taking into account LN global resistance distribution, the value can be estimated as: , (6) where: is the structural resistance predicted by non-linear analysis performing using the characteristic values of the material properties to define the structural model (i.e. ).

Introduction
Carbon control during sintering is a critical issue in order to reach the desired mechanical
properties of a sintered product.
Another chemical reaction CO + H2 ⇔ C + H2O is also affecting the carbon level and it is therefore important to also measure the water content.
Important factors to study were: The measured and thermodynamically calculated CO2 and H2O levels in the sintering cycle.

The elimination of the subsequent thermal treatment at
elevated temperatures avoids not only the damage of mechanical properties of the cpTi substrates,
but also the loss of Ti-OH functional groups that play key role in apatite nucleation.
At the present stage, it is not easy to clarify the exact mechanism; however, one may suspect that the existence of Ta modifies the atom arrangements of the amorphous titania gel, thus affects readily the subsequent crystallization process, as suggested by Petkov et al. [4].
Although it is quite clear from the present experiment that Ta favors both the low-temperature crystallization and the formation of rutile, the low-temperature crystallization process is very complicated and is affected readily by other factors.

Engineering geological properties and the process of establishing geological model of open -pit mine in the north of Axi gold deposits in Xinjiang were introduced .It simulated the laws of deformation, stress and plastic zone of the top and base of wall rocks of underground mining in two conditions.
The resources above 1450m level have finished and under 1450m level have turned to underearth mining.Open- pit mine in the north of Axi gold deposits has been planned as a natural tailings reservoir after it closed in order to solve stacking problems of mineral slag and relieve the stress of peripheral tailings reservoir.Howerer, whether tailings surcharge load would affect underneath mining then bring hidden danger becomes the most concerned point.
There are 6472 joints and 19538 units.According to material properties and order of excavating layer as well as tailings surcharge load, the model was classified as 13 groups.See Figure4: displacement constraints of right and left boundary in X direction, displacement constraints of base line in X,Y direction, free constraint of the surface. We have chosen four monitoring points which could record variation process about stress and displacement of monitoring points with the change of time stepping in different conditions(see Fig.3 ).
Conclusions In the north open-pit of Axi gold deposits in Xinjiang, the impact that tailings surcharge load on overlying orebody mining depended on many factors such as mining methods, occurrence state of orebody, the material and filling state of filling mass, the order of tailings surcharge load and so on.

In the above studies, the physical properties of the fluids were assumed to be free from temperature and depth.
However, in actual practice, these properties are significantly affected by the changes in temperature and depth taken independently or collectively.
Physical Properties of the Ferrofluids: Taiho-W40 and C1-20B.
From above results, it is concluded that geothermal viscosity is a significant factor affecting the boundary layer magnetic nanofluid flow over a uniformly heated rotating plate.

Abstract.
Air spring is used for the suspension system and it affects the vehicle stability and riding comfort by improving the impact-relief, braking, and cornering performance.
In this study the cord angle of rubber sleeve is the most important factor to estimate behavior of fatigue life on the stress and deformation of air spring suspension.
The experiment of the uniaxial tension test and the pure shear test were performed to find material properties of rubber sleeve and Nylon.
While elasticity was affected to the pure shear test, the surfaces of the specimen’s sides were not changed to pure shear deformation mode.

Abstract.
For instance, aggregation of PEDOT/PSS particles would occur by the centrifugal force during spin coating, resulting in heterogeneous films with the variation of optical/electronic properties, which make spin-coating an inadaptable method for preparation of large-area PEDOT/PSS thin films.
As previously reported by Ouyang et al. [28], the gap size and the concentration of the polymer solution were the main factors determining the final thickness of the film.
The viscosity of the polymer solution and the final heating directly affected the uniformity of the film.
However, the thickness and the uniformity of the film were not affected by motor rotation speed.

In the design of water supply systems, as the pipeline circumstances can not be predicted, pipe resistance property is difficult to accurately calculate, the water supply from the pump and pipe must be higher than the actual requirement.
Principle of Pre-cooling Water Pump Speed Control Control The flow of cooling water in pre-cooling system is mainly affected by the capacity, the head and the rotational speed of cold water pump.
According to law that the liquid and mechanical are similar, the flow of cold water pump is Proportional to rotational speed, and the head is proportional to the speed’s square, and Shaft power was inversely proportional to Speed cubic, and the relationship of Capacity and head of the shaft powerand the speed is that
Even considering the control device itself and other factors, the saving effect also is very considerable.
On the other hand, the system quality on object properties change has some of the adaptive capacity, namely the robustness of the system.

The numerical modeling of slope for a long time after the construction is taken with the mechanical parameter of wet loess(Table 1).
The slope is unstabilized with the stability factor of the whole slope is 0.69.
Once the landslide occurred, the building is unsafe and cause losses of life and property.
