It has a great influence on the viscosity of the material, on the flows and finally on the final shape and mechanical properties of the thixoforged parts.
Introduction Semi-solid forming is an innovative technology offering the opportunity to manufacture complex components with high mechanical properties in one step.
These parameters are critical for effective process control, since they affect the microstructure development [1], rheological behavior [2] and therefore the material flow [3] during processing.
However, a random 2D section may lead to some error in shape factor, grain size distribution and liquid quantification, in particular- because the solid grains are not spherical but have a complex shape due to the agglomeration process in the semi-solid state.

The nonmetallic inclusions can greatly reduce the strength, plasiticity, toughness and fatigue properties of material, and may become the source of cracks and stress corrosion.
As an important indicator for weld qulity evaluation, nonmetallic inclusions affect the weld properties by factors such as types, composition, content, size, distribution, etc.
On the control of the pipeline steel toughness factors[J].

The engineering properties of the soils at the overlapped tunneling site are given in Table 1.
Geotechnical properties of the soils Layer No.
Table 1 gives the mechanical parameters for the in situ soils.
As we all know, so many factors, such as, vehicle loading, crowd loading, and adjacent construction vibration, can also affect the soil consolidation behaviors, which finally accelerated the long-term deformation of existing structures.
The above-mentioned influential factors do not consider in this computed method.

Several studies have verified that moisture can modify the
mechanical properties of some reinforced polymers [11-17].
The purpose of the present work was to examine the influence of water absorption on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced polymers.
Two kinds of test were performed in the dried samples in order to determine the influence of the water absorption cycles on the mechanical properties following the ASTM D 638-90 and D 5045-96.
Mechanical properties are dramatically affected by the water absorption cycles.

Markets for BNM appear to exist in every product sector
where superior mechanical and physical properties (in particular, high strength, good strength-toweight
ratio, and excellent fatigue life) are critical [2].
Novel properties pave the way to innovative application of these materials.
Enhanced mechanical properties of the nanostructured Ti made it attractive for application in sports requisites as well.
At the same time production of unique strength properties matching and even exceeding the properties of structural steels, open up prospects of substituting separate steel parts by nanoaluminum ones.
One of the important success factors is establishing of a spin-off company responsible for elaboration and realization of a strategy for promotion of BNM to the consumers' market and settlement of copyright transfers for the intellectual property.

Introduction
In recent years, magnesium has been attracting the attention of different industrial sectors such as aeronautical and automotion, mainly, due to its low density (1740 kg/m3) and to its good structural properties [1-4].
Factors, levels and ranges, along with response variables are set
Table 1 shows factors, levels fixed for them and their designations.
Table 4 Factors and levels.
In addition, the following conclusions are extracted about the rest of factors studied: § Statistically, the machining length and the generatrix are not influential factors.

In the event of an accident, the spot welded joints could fail by different mechanisms including ductile tearing of the heat affected zone and base metal under slow strain rates to rapid shearing across the fusion zone/ weld nugget at high strain rates.
Some studies have attributed the inaccuracy in the simulation results to poor representation of the mechanical behavior and failure process in spot-welded joints [5,6].
Local variation of material properties and hardening characteristics of the fusion zone and HAZ is approximated based on the hardness profile.
Stress triaxiality could affect the failure process either through a constrained plastic deformation with increasing stress leading to cleavage fracture or by voids nucleation, growth and coalescence under local straining resulting in the anticipated ductile failure.
This is likely due to mismatch of the stiffness of adjacent regions and the inherent geometrical stress concentration factor.

Powder metallurgical Mo-Cu alloys exhibit excellent physical property, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low and alterable thermal expansion coefficient, etc.
The mechanical properties of these alloys are affected by the composition, strain history and the microstructure resulting from the thermo-mechanical treatment imparted before the final use[6].
The Zener-Hollomon parameter is the strain rate factor which is compensated by temperature.

Together with excellent mechanical and corrosion
properties at high temperatures, such characteristics are very attractive for applications in the
aeronautical, aerospace and automotive industries.
However, the current high selling price, due to high costs of production and raw materials and the need of very specific equipment, are limitative factors for further applications.
The comparison of such profiles with hardness ones gives insight in the role of the oxygen concentration in the properties of the alloy and in the choice of the most suitable materials for TiAl production Introduction During the last decade several intermetallic alloy systems have been identified as potential candidate materials for applications at high temperatures.
The best compromise between high temperature properties and room temperature ductility, is achieved with a two-phase microstructure (2 + ), for a volume ratio 2 / between 5 and 15%.
As a consequence, chemical composition gradients can be found, at room temperature, from the surface to the inside of castings, leading to significant changes in their mechanical and technological properties, like a surface hard case, usually called alpha-case.

Introduction At present, the general area, buildings, schools, industrial and mining enterprises generally realized the water, electricity, gas, heat divided metering mode, table are mostly located in the house, the general need special meter reading personnel into people's homes, this way to the residents of inconvenience and interference greatly, even has the security hidden danger, in terms of management, there are low efficiency, manpower and material resources, human factors, management and many other issues.
Reading through a series of products, can meet the needs of different levels, such as the simple meter reading in households displaying, wired networking reading, wireless networking reading etc., to choose according to the actual situation, can meet the property management, industry management, school students in water and electricity management, industrial and mining enterprises staff management and other kinds of needs. 3.
There are many factors affecting the accuracy of meter reading, there are three main factors, one is the sensor element, meter counting on sensor can accurately transfer metering pulse metering, otherwise the result is not accurate, this is reflected in the metering especially.
Second is the anti jamming performance of products, because the pulse acquisition circuit is long, so inevitably there will be some interference exists, if the meter reading device cannot shield the interference, will inevitably affect the accuracy of meter reading.
