By establishing the three-dimensional finite element model and considering the material and geometric nonlinearity, this paper analyzed the structural performance under whole process of static loading.
The negative temperature method is adopted to apply the prestress[9,10] and the material and geometry nonlinearity are considered in the calculation.
Conclusions Considering nonlinear effects of both material and geometry, MFPCBS is studied based on 3-D finite element model.

Introduction Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a purely mechanical joining process in solid state, which is based on heating by friction and plastic deformation of the materials to be welded.
Due to the high quality of the welding, without adding other material between two parts of different or identical materials, it stirs up interest in understanding phenomena that characterize the thermo-mechanical process.
