Introduction Most metallic implants are not merely concerned about biocompatibility but also require satisfactory structural properties.
After mechanical alloying, the Ti alloy powders were sieved, collected and blended for 1 hr with 3 wt. % of water soluble binder material.
Generally, higher saturation value and lower layer thickness using 3DP will increase the mechanical properties of porous 3D Ti alloy specimens after debinding and sintering.
These suggest that compensation factors have to be included in the design of the specimens accordingly so as to account for all these weight and dimensional changes.
Further works are ongoing to develop an empirical model to predict the structural and geometrical properties of porous 3D Ti alloy specimens.

Because of the great difference from micro mechanical to traditional mechanical in structure, materials and techniques, Research shows that the friction and viscous force of the micro mechanical component surface have great influence to mechanical transmission, which is the key factor to service life of micro mechanical system.
This thesis is to use laser light as induction illuminant, combined with chemistry composite plating technology, to bring deposition about Ni-P/nano-C60 composite Coating on the micro mechanical component surface, so as to improve mechanics properties of tiny mechanical component surface effectively, and prolong the service life.
That is not conducive to keep its mechanical properties, so the best time for coarsening is no more than 6 minutes.
Under the laser’s affected, solution or matrix surface absorb energy of the laser, on the one hand it can heat the matrix and solution, on the other hand a changing temperature field distribution has been formed in solution.

In this model, we consider that every emotion is influenced by one or more factors of personality.
The impact of intensity can be expressed by a matrix EFF(m×n), whose personality factors’ range is [0,1].
In the matrix EFF(m×n), m is the number of the emotion, n is the number of each emotion affected by the factors of personality
Assume there is a virtual human; its personality factors are not responsible but really pleasant, we define the following personality matrix P:

Coating structures will affect the inserts’ life and the cutting heat distribution on chip, workpiece and insert.
The research of Rech showed that the coated inserts have better tribological properties than uncoated inserts such as smaller insert–chip friction, smaller insert–chip contact area, thinner secondary shear zone and lower temperature, which can reduce the heat transmitted into insert [1].
The result also shows that the friction of the coating surface will affect cutting force and total cutting heat.

The deformation of tire tread under load affects the drainage space.
Alternatively, variables and properties of a given cell are purely representative of one phase or a mixture phase, depending on the volume fraction values.
Fig.7 Comparison of water velocity in different grooves Analysis of Influencing Factors on Tire Hydroplaning 3.1 Water film thickness Fig.8 shows hydrodynamic lift acts on tire that water film thickness was 3mm, 5mm, 7mm and 10mm at the speed of 95km/h.
The water velocity in main tread groove is greater than the second longitudinal groove water velocity. 3) Water film thickness and velocity are two important use factors.

The results showed that the cutting speed and feed were the main significant parameters affecting the cutting temperature, while depth of cut and quadratic term of cutting speed had a moderate effect.
The heat generation and temperature at cutting zone in hard machining affects tool wear, tool life and surface integrity.
The temperature at the cutting zone is greatly influenced by the cutting parameters and the physical and thermal properties of the tool-workpiece material.
The cutting speed is most dominant factor, which raises the cutting temperature significantly in turning of hardened AISI 4340 alloy steel with cubic boron nitride (CBN) tool inserts [12].
The cutting speed, feed and depth of cut are most influential factors on cutting temperature, the increase in the levels of cutting parameters raises the cutting temperature in hard turning of AISI D3 steel at elevated hardness of 60 HRC using CBN tool inserts [13].
