With the development of optical technology, optical aspheric lens are widely applied in spaceflight, aviation, national defense. [1-2]
Nowadays, in the fields of laser fusion and satellitic optical system, fused quartz and BK7 glass are chosen as the workpiece materials for optical aspheric lens.
Fused silica glass is chosen as the workpiece material, and the machining dimension is 430mm*430mm.

DSC is convenient to investigate these basic physical parameters of materials, such as enthalpy, change in specific heat.
Material and method Materials The resins (rosin and shellac) and waxes (beeswax, shellac wax and Chinese wax) analyzed in this study paper are the most popular materials used in the painting, fruit waxes, cosmetic and medicine industry in modern times.
Shellac has been used as thermoplastics, adhesives, sealants, insulating materials and coating materials in various fields such as industrial materials, medicine, and food ingredients due to its various unique properties such as thermoplasticity, oil resistibility, cohesiveness, and insulating ability along with its nonpoisonous nature.

Firstly, the constitutive parameters of materials used in numerical calculation are classical material parameters, which may not be in accord with actual values in the tests.
Secondly, materials used in numerical calculation were uniform while there were a lot of fractures due to the large scale of the test models.
