In this paper, we present all of the gate oxide reliability data for the current state-of-the-art 1200 V, 20 A SiC MOSFET.
The drain and source are tied to ground while the gate leakage current is monitored on a data-logger.
The t63 lifetime has an exponential relationship with the oxide electric field which can be easily fitted to the high field data points and then extrapolated back to the operating field.
In other words, the secondary slope is not expected to affect the low field extrapolation of the 175oC data.
Since the HTGB test is primarily intended for gate survivability at maximum operating conditions to complement the TDDB data taken under accelerated conditions, it is not a fair assessment of the device electrical stability.

Introduction
As the continuous development of modern information technology, the image has become a major source of data [1].
In large-scale image database retrieval experiment process, the number of sample images stored in the database is 100 000 , the attribute class of data is 40. 10 different types of data were randomly selected from the database to undergo database retrieval experiments, the number of images involved in this experiment was 1500 .

According to the acoustic theory of Morse, the data fitting was then carried out to achieve the fitting IFs, with which the re-sampling sequence could be established to eliminate Doppler Shift.
The instrumentations used in the experiment are as below: Microphone, type 4944-A, B&K; Data acquisition card, type PXI-4472, NI; PXI chassis, type PXI-1033, NI.
The final result of reduction of Doppler Shift is shown in Fig. 5(c) and (d), from which it is apparent that all the frequencies has been revised correctly.

However, cooperative spectrum sensing is vulnerable to a variety of attacks, such as the spectrum sensing data falsification attack (SSDF attack).
However, if the sensing result sent by the SU is wrong, just as what the spectrum sensing data falsification (SSDF) attacker does [4], the performance of cooperative spectrum sensing will be degraded.
Actually, (Pd(K-1)- P'd(K)) is the reduction of detection probability when the SSDF attacker attacks, while (Pd(K)- Pd(K-1)) is the increase of detection probability when the SSDF attacker sends true sensing result to the FC.

This research provides foundational data for chitin and chitosan derived from crab shell species in Ireland.
Enthalpy (ΔH) and transition temperatures (onset (To), peak (Tp) and completion (Tc)) were analysed based on the curve produced using the Pyris Series Data Analysis software.
The spectral data obtained in this study are comparable to findings from various sources that utilised similar methods for chitin extraction [18, 62-65], confirming the diagnostic nature of these bands for crab shell materials.
The mineral CaCO3, present at approximately 1412 cm-1 and 869 cm-1 in CSW, aligns with spectral data for the same mineral reported in other literature [66].
