The thermal process of welding mainly depends on the distribution form of external heat source, the thermal and physical properties of materials, heat transfer with the surrounding environment.
This method is also applicable to other materials, high-temperature thermal processing of numerical simulation theory.

Abstract.
Experimental procedure Nd2Fe17-x-yTixSiy compounds with nominal compositions of {x = 0, y = 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3}, {x = 0.5, y = 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3} and {x = 0.8, y = 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3} were prepared from starting materials of at least 99.9% purity by arc melting in high pure Ar atmosphere.
