The process is repeated until all input data points are assigned to an output neuron.
Through using the successful constructed data and design experience within the database, it will exactly acquire the initial data without additional design time and cost.
In step2, the FCM is utilized to cluster the data with the given number of clusters.
Fig. 5 shows the clustering result distribution status of the data in step 2.

Point Cloud Data Acquisition and oise Reduction.
Data acquisition is the first step in RE.
The measured data from CMM (model ATOSⅡ400) are saved as a general format and then imported into a data preprocessing program.
In the processing, noise points in point cloud data will be eliminated by noise reduction processes.

Data stream in a popular research topic in big data era.
Also in data streams, the data points can only be sequentially accessed.
A Brief Introduction to Data Stream Methodologies A data stream generates very large data continuously.
Due to gigantic size we cannot store data from data stream on disk.
This method handles very large amount of data .It uses data reduction methods such as divide-and-conquer to handle data stream.

The parameters of the water quality calculation model are calibrated and validated by observed data in the study area.
Parameter calibration results of flow model and water quality model are satisfactory by some of the observed data in the study area.
The simulation and observed data almost have the same change trend.
(2) The scheme P1 shows that reduction of pollution load can effectively improve water quality.
When the reduction rate reaches more than 80% water quality standard can be close to the target requirement after a certain time.

SEM images of nickel particles obtained by the reduction of nickel formate in benzyl alcohol (а) and doped with Ag (0.1%) (b) as well as the reduction of nickel caprylate (c) and stearate (d).
From the resulting data it was found that that doping with silver has a substantial effect on thermal decomposition of nickel formate under isothermal conditions starting from the concentration of 0.03 mol. %.
Reduction is over after about an hour of boiling.
Two salts, copper caprylate and formate, were subjected to reduction.
A part of copper particles formed in the further reduction of the oxide conserves the same shape and size.

Compression tests then were subjected to various conditions of deformation temperature, reduction ratio and holding time.
A higher reduction ratio also increases the recrystallized regime due to a rise of stored energy for recrystallization.
And the fine precipitations consist mainly of Nb and the coarse precipitations consist mainly of Ti as presented in EDS data of Fig. 5 (c-1) and (f-1).
And EDS data of the precipitations in (c-1) Nb added alloy and (f-1) Ti+Nb added alloy.
Because the samples are deformed at very high temperature over 1180 °C and low reduction under 50 % relative to general cold rolled samples which are deformed at room temperature and high reduction over 70 %.

In this study, we describe a principle for the reduction of blanking vibration when using a servo press, and we propose an active vibration control method for the reduction of blanking vibration.
The purpose of this study is the reduction of blanking vibration using a servo press.
We determined the position of the counter pulse based on the data of the try blanking.
The parameters of a dynamics model were determined as follows instead of the data of an experimental machine: ms=2500kg,mc=600kg,kc=454×106N/m,ks=2.5×106N/m,cs=119×102N・s/m,cc=328×103 N・s/m.

In the context of global climate warming, Chinese petrochemical industry undertakes great pressure and responsibilities of CO2 emission reduction under the premise of national energy safety.
Chinese government promised the target of CO2 emission reduction in 2009 Copenhagen Climate Summit.
Such positive data shows most of the petrochemical enterprises have accepted the idea of harmonious development with nature. 81.9% interviewee shows their enterprises have started the mental preparation and technology preparation.
The motivations of technology innovation are showed in Table 1, and the current ways of CO2 emission reduction are listed in Table 2.
The data from Table 2 proves that enterprises generally accepted the idea of cost leadership strategy in practice.

By adopting the strength reduction method makes it realize When use ANSYS to analysis on slope stability, Firstly select the initial reduction coefficient F, Then the strength coefficient of soil material of slope would be reducted, The cohesion and friction angle after reduction respectively Eq 8 and 9
Then reduct c and,put them into the slope model to calculate, If convergence, Then the slope is stable, and continue to increase the reduction factor Fs, Until the program is not convergence, The reduction factor is stable or safety coefficient.
Adapting Mohr-Coulumb criterion and the strength reduction to the safety coefficient of the high slope of the gradual reduction among the analysis, Until the plastic damage happened, When the model solution is not convergence,The reduction coefficient is the slope safety factor[5-7].
