Moreover, if the quality of pyrite concentrate is further improved, it can be used as photoelectric or magnetic materials [10,11], and thus a great increase in its added value will be achieved.

Flame retardanct effects of Magnesium Hydroxide
Magnesium hydroxide shows the flame retardant effect with decomposing and absorbing surface heat from polymer materials when heated.
Zhang et.al[14] synthesized fibrous magnesium hydroxide by chemical precipitation method and subsequent hydrothermal synthesis method, which used magnesium chloride and ammon as starting materials to synthesis the precursor, basic magnesium chloride, then magnesium hydroxide was gained with a fibrous crystal structure and has an aspect ratio of 30 and an average length of 150μm.
Develop exclusive surface modification agent suitable for different polymer materials, especially increasing research on compound modifier.

Introduction
Science and technology development causes the need for ceramic materials with thermal and chemical resistance, high thermal conductivity, good dielectric and mechanical properties [1,2].
The widespread use of nitride and oxynitride ceramic materials is constrained, mainly due to the lack of effective production technologies.

Plane lapping method using the elasticity of materials has many advantages comparing with current machining method for aspherical surface machining.
Introduction As the major machining methods in large volume production of aspherical workpieces, precision injection molding and glass molding have many advantages such as high efficiency and good compatibility when comparing with the traditional cold working methods[1], but there are still some problems during the machining process; for example, as the materials are heated, the property like refractive index will slightly change and when cool down, the materials will shrink which cause the profile errors[2].
Plane machining method using the elasticity of materials has been seen in few references such as the machining of Schmidt correctors[3].The basic principle of the plane lapping method using elastic deformation is: lapping one side of the workpiece when it is deformed and after recovery the un-lapped side will become the deformed profile, so the complex aspherical surface machining is converted to simple flat surface machining.
