Ultrasonic assisted machining (UAM) is an efficient nontraditional machining operation for brittle, hard-to-cut and poor-machinability materials.
Most of the above ultrasonic setups are designed for a special condition (certain geometry and workpeice) and are not efficient when workpeice material or dimensions are changed.

Experimental Chemicals and raw materials Industrial grade n-hexane crude was purchased from Beijing local market.
Figure 1 indicated that the pesticide residues which are sensitive to GC-ECD contented in the raw materials were purified with this process.
This study developed a patented process to produce pesticide residue analysis grade n-hexane from industrial raw material, which including decolour step, two towers distillation and filtration.

Preparation of nanosized materials.
In order to study the efficiency of different sensing materials in the catalytic oxidation of acetone, a great deal of nanosized materials and their compound bodies were prepared.
The CTL spectrums of acetone on various sensing materials were different.
