Introduction
Fibrous structures have gained significant research interest over the years.
All samples show a randomly aligned intercrossing fiber network which is characteristic of fiber membrane structures.
This demonstrated the successful incorporation of TiO2 into the PVP and PVDF fiber structure.
Randomly aligned submicron fiber network structure was obtained for all samples.

approximately 60 µm, and the structure is dense in the vicinity of the surface.
Inside the pellet, the structure was porous (Figure 3(c)).
On the other hand, dense structure in the vicinity of the pellet surface was formed by the "skin effect", and the density of the pellet decreased [2].
Then, the electrical conductivity of the microwave product was improved by the formation of the plate-like grain layer and dense structure.
The plate-like grain film was deposited on the silica substrate, the thickness of which was approximately 5 µm, and formed a dense structure.

Results and Discussion The SEM images of samples carbonized at 3000 C (the first two columns of pictures in Fig. 1) were poor with micro and nano size features, while other columns of pictures in Fig. 1 show increasing numbers of rectangular and rod-shaped microcrystalline structures, with increase of carbonizing temperature.
The composition of elements of the rectangular and bush-like rod structures was examined with micro EDX in a volume of 1 µm3 at a near surface layer of a sample.
The positions “Spectre 2 and 3” correspond to a root and middle part of the bush-like microcrystalline structure.
The last two columns of Table 1 show that the bush-like microcrystalline structure is a carbon species with trace amounts of inorganics.
