This investigation aims to synthesis and characterization of novel CoCrFeNi3Si, CoCrFe2Ni2Si, and Co2CrFeNi2Si high entropy alloys.
The mechanical alloying route is used to synthesize these alloys.
As compared to the conventional HEAs these alloys show good castability and high-temperature properties due to the presence of a hard intermetallic compound which suppresses the oxidation behavior at high temperatures.
X-ray diffraction outcomes revealed the evolution of face-centered cubic together with Ni-Si intermetallic compound formation after 20h of mechanical alloying in all the three alloys.

Due to small prices for alloying elements, for obtaining technologies less demanding and the advantageous properties, it is found that the Co-Cr-Mo alloys have a large utilization, followed by titanium based alloys.
Investigations using X-ray diffraction X-ray diffraction is a non-destroying analytical method that can obtain information about the different crystalline compounds, named “phases”, which are present in bio-materials [14-16].

The aim of this research is to evaluate the weldability using LWB process to join Mg/Al alloys using HLD 3504 – Laser Type Trumpf, to explain the experimental conditions and interpretation of results.
The problem of welding for aluminum/magnesium alloys have failed using arc welding, electron beams and laser beams, because much more intermetallic compounds are formed in the weld during fusion welding which is deleterious to the mechanical properties.
