Due to the processing of materials surface locally alternating instantly melt and cooling, thermal stress on the surface of the material makes micro cracks and micro holes.recast layer present in the recast layer.
Discharge energy under a certain level, the surface of the material can avoid the emergence of micro cracks, as to low thermal conductivity materials appear, its micro cracks are more obvious.
(2) There many ways of spark erosion material forming pits, and they are interact with each other, together to complete the surface processing of materials.

The merging layer adopted heteropic gradient material, and which was compounded with two or more materials.
But they all didn't consider mutual effect among Ingredient materials, and the results were inaccurate.
On the other hand, low-melting welding powder is a kind of composite material and coefficients of heat expansion of various materials in welding powder are inconsistent.

Introduction Composite material is an artificial multiphase material that made up of two or more kinds of materials with different physical and chemical properties.
More and more advanced composite materials have been used in aeronautic and astronautic fields due to their mechanical properties such as high specific strength, high specific modulus, characteristic-designable, good performance on anti vibration fatigue and corrosion resisting, etc [1].

The adherend materials were steel DC01 and aluminum alloy 6016.
In the experiments, five types of T-joints were made with a combination different materials and thickness of adherend to make three kinds of balanced joints and two kinds of imbalanced joints.

Moreover, ionic liquids have proved to be environmental friendly solvents for synthesizing inorganic materials.
Until now, lots of materials have been synthesized in RTIL.
For characterization of the obtained materials, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE–SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) have been used.
Structures of the solid phase and crystallinities were carried out by XRD with a scan rate of 4 ° (2θ) min-1 (MAC Science, MXP18).

The concept of flow is to make parts ideally one piece at a time from raw materials to finished goods and to move them one by one to the next workstation with no waiting time in between.
Problems Statement in existing system The productivity of the company mainly depends on the accurate supply of required quantity of the materials.
The analysis of the current system showed that more resources than that assembly and thus these waste are to be removed and the flow materials are to be more streamlined.
