Introduction Geotechnical widely exist in nature, and as a structural engineering application is the most common and most massive materials, because of its porous, heterogeneous and structural property, and under the action of load of its internal structure and mechanical properties of continuous change, make it become the constitutive relationship of geotechnical engineering circles problem. The constitutive model of rock and soil research has two major branches: one is the mechanics of continuous media, through its continuous medium mechanics phenomenological method and dissipative process of irreversible thermodynamics, materials on the macroscopic mechanical response, the material constitutive model;Another kind is the micromechanics, it through the soil microstructure and micro crack (void ) damage evolution process, study material deformation and damage the relationship between variables, derivation of the constitutive relation of material.Although both methods are different, but
Refer to the Lemaitre J [2] equivalent strain hypothesis, think of anisotropic damage is the result of material the main reasons for the damage, equivalent stress general forms can be written as (1) wherecalled the damage tensor of effective, geotechnical engineering, should choose reasonable effective use the damage tensor.

Therefore, the study on the safe distance between the platform and the customary routes has practical significance. 2 Designation of the Safe Operation Area of the Platform 2.1 Operation Method of the Platform The normal operation of a platform usually need the offshore engineering ships for supply and support, the submarine pipelines for transportation of the oil and gas, and the Floating Production, Storage and Offloading ship hereinafter referred to FPSO for processing and storage [1].
(i) The offshore engineering ships are used to transfer the material and person on the platform or for emergency.

Study on Compression Deformation Characteristics of Coarse-grained Soil in High Filled Subgrade Qun Liua and Xiangbo Dengb School of Civil Engineering, Central South University, Changsha 410075, China achongerfei26@163.com,bdengxb668899@hotmail.com Keywords: coarse particle packing; compressive deformation; moisture content; grain composition.
Introduction Coarse-grained soil is applied in high railway engineering due to its good compaction performance and high shear strength.
At present, there aren’t many researches on engineering properties of coarse-grained soil, which slowers its development and application [1-8].
According to engineering indexes of grain composition and moisture content, uniaxial compression test was designed to study characteristics of compressive deformation of coarse-grained soil in high filled subgrade.

Research on the Evaluation Method of Water Stability for Large Size Aggregate Particle Asphalt Mixture Zhao-Hui SUN1,a,*, Tie-Bin WANG2,b, Ze-Feng WU3,c and Zhi-Song WANG4,d 1School of the Civil Engineering ,Shenyang Jianzhu University,China. 2.Liaoning Provincial Traffic Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision Bureau, China . 3Liaoning Provincial Highway Administration Bureau, China 4Liaoning Provincial Highway Construction Bureau, China.
Introduction China's current “Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering” JTG E20-2011using the freeze-thaw splitting test method to evaluate asphalt mixture water stability, the traditional Marshall compaction test method is used to mold the test specimens, when the aggregate size is larger ( maximum aggregate particle size is more than 25mm) , The larger size particle aggregates meeting the quality requirements of road are easily broken and not easy molding under the standard compaction conditions.
The plate -shaped specimen with length 300mm, width 300mm, 50 ~ 100mm thick is molded by wheel grinding machines according to China's current “Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering” JTG E20-2011T0703.
