Polyethylene glycol 1500 is a hydrophilic plasticizer that is used to improve mechanical properties of films [9].
Studies of rheological properties The rheological properties of the prepared gels were measured using Brookfield DV III Ultra rheometer (Brookfield Engineering Laboratories Inc., Middleboro, MA, USA) operated by Rheocalc software.
Result and discussion Rheological properties The effect of BPO, PO and PEG 1500 amount on the rheology is shown in Fig. 1.
It is suggested that the incorporation of each drug or excipient caused no change in the rheological properties of the ERS systems.

In the paper, aimed at the running properties of garbage incinerator and combined the mechanism of garbage combustion and contamination generation, it studied the characteristic of controlled combustion process, proposed a sort of fusion control strategy based on human simulated intelligence for controlled process, constructed the corresponding control algorithm.
It is threatening the people's survival environment, and seriously affects the people's physical and mental health and quality of life.
From the above, it can be seen that the key factor of prevention and control for secondary pollution is how to make the treatment of combustion exhaust gas.
The factors of determining the combustion quality mainly are the garbage combustion temperature, residence time of garbage and the high temperature exhaust gas in the incinerator, and the swirl injection of secondary air and mixing of exhaust gas to complete combustion, namely the turbulivity and so on.
The control factors of the incinerator combustion include that ① The temperature, pressure of superheated steam and the water level of steam drum, ② Feeder and the speed of the fire grate, ③ Control of exhaust gas at 850℃ and 2 seconds time stayed, ④ Negative pressure control of combustion chamber, ⑤ Control of the coal economizer outlet temperature, ⑥ Control of the oxygen content in exhaust gas.

(iii)Specify boundary region Designing the model name and type to each region for the model prepare the physical properties, boundary and initial conditions of subsequent given model.
It is more reasonable of using this approach in the calculation of the flow field mechanical blade.
The grid scale amplification from the inside out, factor generally taken to be 1.1 to 1.2.
The grid is rather poor at the intersection; it can affect the calculation accuracy.
If it is a single-channel’s computational domain, then the cycle boundary can be drawn a border area, but it does not affect the periodic boundary grid.

Laser sintered polyamide 12 parts provide sufficient mechanical properties for many applications [4].
Thus, a 3D-structure may, on the one hand, provide enhanced dimensional accuracy and, on the other hand, specific mechanical properties and a reduced component weight.
The substitution of a solid volume with a less dense structure weakens the part’s mechanical properties.
For these experiments a structure with the highest mechanical properties is chosen.
Previous experiments have shown that the octet-structure provides increased mechanical properties.

Although SOFC single battery comprehensive performance indicators in our country are currently synchronized with the international advanced technology level, the new precious metal ceramic electrode has not been tested for long-term operation of the full battery. In order to analyze the practicality of the new noble metal ceramic electrode, especially whether the noble metal electrode is one of the factors that cause performance degradation, this paper studies whether the noble metal Pd electrode would diffuse into the YSZ electrolyte during the energization process. The composition and morphology of the electrolytes of 350h half-cell was analyzed by the battery polarization test, SEM, EDX and Electron etching depth analysis of XPS.The result shows that the noble metal Pd element has diffused more than 100 nm into the YSZ electrolyte after350h constant current.
It would change the electrochemical performance and mechanical properties of the electrolyte to result the degradation of batteries’ performance.
When the stack is in long time working condition, that is, imposing the polarization current through the interface under the working temperature, there might be having elemental diffusion and morphological changes in the electrode - electrolyte interface of the monolithic battery, which can adversely affect battery performance.

Modeling and Simulation of Two-way Quantitative Motor Synchronization System Based on AMESim Chen Yongqing1, a; Liu Pan1, b; Zhang Shaoqing1, c 1College of Mechanical & Material Engineering, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, 443002, China achenyq@126.com;bliupan198731@163.com;czhangsq1072@163.com Keywords: quantitative motor; synchronization system; simulation; AMESim Abstract.
There are two ways of controlling the synchronization of cylinders or motors: mechanical synchronization and hydraulic synchronization.
It is difficult to achieve precisely synchronization for the influence of various factors in the actual working conditions.
Friction, temperature, oil and gas property can be involved in you model if you need take those parameter into account.
Synchronization accuracy of system is affected by the following factors: 1) The machining precision of hydraulic motors and hydraulic actuators; 2) The load evenly; 3) The gas content of the hydraulic oil Synchronous actuators of the hydraulic system were constituted by several hydraulic motors and fluid cylinders which have high machining accuracy and the same size.

Austenitic stainless steel is considered a promising choice for high-temperature applications due to its excellent corrosion resistance, strong mechanical properties, and thermal stability across a wide temperature range.
The characteristics of the coating layers and their constituents are influenced by various factors, including composition, metal source, temperature, and time [4].
The impact of growth in inward and outward directions on the microstructure and properties of the Al2O3-modified aluminide coating has yet to be thoroughly explored.

By the way of computer simulation, the macro mechanical properties can be combined with the micro-crack damage.
Numerical methods and model The MFPA2D system used in the test, takes into account the non-homogeneous properties of concrete materials.
MFPA2D uses the Weibull distribution to describe the mechanical properties of the discrete and use the finite element method to calculate the sample in the post-processing part of the numerical calculation, which can calculate the stress field and displacement field, load - displacement curve, AE distribution and sample In the course of the entire fracture failure mode.
When the stress intensity factor is equal to the critical value of the crack unstable propagation, the cracks spread.

Proposal of Methodology for Verification of Stress Distribution in Bolted Joints by Optical Method František Trebuňa1,a, Miroslav Pástor1,b*, Peter Frankovský2,c, Ján Kostka1,d and Ľubomír Gabáni3,e 1Technical University of Košice, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Applied mechanics and Mechanical Engineering, Letná 9, 042 00 Košice, Slovakia 2Technical University of Košice, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechatronics, Letná 9, 042 00 Košice, Slovakia 3U.S.
In the case of bolt-nut connectors are the most significant areas affected by notches the following locations: § area I – located under head of bolt - transmission from cylindrical part of bolt to the head (failure rate is approximately 10%), § area II – the first thread near cylindrical body of bolt- run out of thread (failure rate is approximately 28%), § area III –thread (failure rate is approximately 2%), § area IV – the first thread of bolt in nut- thread of bolt in location of the first carrying thread of nut (failure rate is approximately 60%) [1].
The stress concentration coefficient for the thread part of bolt depends on mechanical properties of thread, technology of production, surface quality, shape of thread profile, on the type and high of nuts.
As the results of numerical modelling depend on several factors, the stress analysis was verified by experimental measurement by transmission photoelasticimetry.
