The data about the production of raw materials (natural aggregate at quarry or gravel pit, cement CEM II 32.5 at cement works, tap water, fibres, etc.) were obtained from the “professional+extensions” database, integrated within the GaBi software.
The most significant environmental benefits include reduced depletion of fossil resources and reduction of emissions affecting ozone layer depletion.
Another important aspect is the reduction of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions.

Instead of rebuilding the structure using coarse FEs to save the computational time and data storage, the structural FEs on the coupled surface are grouped into clusters of BEs to reduce the number of fluid DOF.
Comparison between numerical and experimental results shows that fine grouped elements give a high computation efficiency and more efficient data storage saving.
The error between the experimental data and those of 8948 BEs model, 1440 GEs model and 154 GEs model are less than 4[dB], except at the minimum SPL points where the experimental data may be not accurate due to low signal-to-noise ratio.
However, the maxim difference between the experimental data and that of 162 GEs model is bigger than 20[dB].
By segregating the surface elements, new BEs (or GEs) are formed which leads to reduction of DOF.

The developed technology provides the acceleration of the mold manufacturing cycle in 4...6 times, the increase the strength of the mold covers, the reduction in the heat-resistant alloy casting cost.
For that matter it is seemed appropriate to study the structure and physics and mechanical properties of ceramic shells on silica-free binder of the new generation – ABPHC, and on the basis of the obtained data to develop the technology of manufacturing ceramic shell molds, providing high quality of the castings and flexibility with respect to the flooded alloy together with reducing resource-intensive, increasing environmental disposal and reducing the production cycle of manufacturing castings.
The analysis of the given data shows that in the surface layer during the flooding there were no chemical reactions involving dissolving the mold components in the metal volume, as evidenced by the relative stability of the alloy composition in the test zone.
