The results suggest the existence of a large number of interface states in ZnO/p-Si heterojunction, and the interface states can be reduced and the photoelectric properties can be further improved.
The preferential orientation of the ZnO grains is observed along the (101) axis aligning with the growth direction.
The presence of a number of peaks in XRD pattern is the indication of polycrystalline nature of the ZnO.

Front of the large number of applications of the mullite mineral, many researchers seek to synthesize it from the mixture of Al2O3 and SiO2 powders, or from aluminossilicates, such as smectite.

The impurities, when in solution and in contact with the crystalline structure of mullite, lowers the surface energy in some crystal directions, inducing to a preferential growth in other directions, resulting in the formation of elongated grains.

The main analytical methods include: turbidity (2100N, Turbidimeter Hach, USA), DOC (Phoenix 8000, Tekmar-Dorhman, USA), UV254 (UV-Vis 8500 Spectrophotometer, Shanghai Tianmei ), particle numbers (IBR particle counter, America).
Put the ozone into the water does not increase the total amount of particulate matter in water, while turbidity increases have occurred, which can be explained by different principles for determination of turbidity and particle number.
So there is no quantitative relationship between turbidity and water particle number, and low turbidity of the water still contains a large number of particles. 2.2The influence of ozone oxidation on DOC and UV254 UV254 represents mainly contain conjugated double bond and benzene ring of organic matter, it is not only relate to the amount of organic matter in water, but also it has a very good correlation with trihalomethane formation potential ( THMFP ), and related with color, odor, and so on. .
After preozonation, the number of particles decreases obviously,that’s because of the disintegration of some particles due to oxygenation of ozone.
Conclusion (1) Applying preozonation can decrease the number of bigger particles, but the effectiveness of turbidity removal isn’t obvious
