Based on the analytical study, high volume fly-ash concretes of 30-50% of the replacement ratio can be concluded as effective and useful materials to reduce the cracking possibility in massive concrete structures.
In addition, the large use of fly-ash to concrete must decrease the construction material cost.

Abstract.
A series of synthetic experiments obtained by mixing the starting materials with Al:W = 5:5 are shown in Fig. 1.
Next, we considered changing the ratio of the starting materials W:Nb from 9:1 to 1:9 to examine the phases produced between the compositions of the two materials.
A complex impedance method was used to measure the electric conductivity of the sintered materials from the powders.

Among these methods, advance materials like fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composites had been used as strengthening materials in order to increase the bearing capacity of low performance concrete columns.
In existing research, carbon fiber (CFRP), glass fiber (GFRP), and aramid fiber (AFRP) had been used as confining materials.

Problem Statement
The construction industry consume a substantial amount of raw materials in the process.
The two major concerns on recycling are the economic viability and acceptability of recycled materials.
Typically, Tam and Tam (2005) found that from a purely economic point of view, recycled materials are only attractive when they are competitive with virgin materials in terms of cost and quality.
Interestingly, in contrast to a common sense, the cost of virgin material is actually cheaper than that of recycled materials (Tam and Tam, 2005).
Besides, the general public often worries about the quality of reused or recycled materials.
