But the fatigue experimental data for 16MnR welded joint are not sufficient, and cycle mechanical properties and fatigue behaviour of the welded joint are not researched completely.
The original test data can be read and recorded automatically by the machine.
Table3 Parameters of basic mechanical properties Material Elastic modulus E (MPa) Yield strength σs (MPa) Ultimate strength σb (MPa) Reduction of area ψ(%) Weld metal 2.55E+05 428.65 550.5 46.35 Welded joint 2.535E+05 394.8 521.7 46.3 All the specimens in the welded joint (sampling position 2 in Fig.2) fracture in HAZ.
The strain–life curve can be described by the following three-parameter equation, (1) where Δε/2 is the strain amplitude, Nf is the number of cycles to failure, ε0 is the fatigue endurance limit, ε0 and the remaining two quantities in Eq. (1) are material-related constants that are obtained by best fitting the experimental strain–life data, as shown in Table 4.

The aim of this project is to attempt to produce a new material for use in body armour linings which meets or exceeds the mechanical properties of UHMWPE, whilst providing a reduction in the overall weight and/or cost of production.
This results in data which has an unsatisfactorily low resolution.
Several techniques have been explored to this end, including the use of polymeric [3] and tubular bars [4], but these systems add complications to the analysis of data, and so a simpler system is being used in this work in which the bars are made of a magnesium alloy, having a significant closer density to the sample materials than the traditional steel bars.
However, good data could be obtained when magnesium alloy bars were used.

According to the X-ray data the unit cell volume remains approximately the same under substitution.
However the experimental data shown in Table 2 well obey the simple formula (2) It is not consistent with the assumption about high or intermediate spin Co4+ appeared in the system under substitution according to charge equilibrium condition.
This effect may be the consequence of diamagnetic dilution by calcium and the reduction of the nearest neighbouring magnetic gadolinium ions.
According to magnetic data, we can not consider the holes, brought to the system by inovalent substitution as localized on the cobalt ions.

But when clustering the big data set, FCM algorithm is extremely time-consuming, moreover, regarding to the image of low signal-to-noise ratio, the segmentation result is not very ideal.
The above fitness function fails to find the optima, because it evaluates the distances between the region centre and points without considering the uncovered data.
In order to solve the shortcomings of previous fitness function, we present a new fitness function that works under constraints for cover and uncover data.

Meanwhile, since is equal to the expected reduction ratio of the error, whose value is a little less than 1 will not influence the convergence of network seriously, however, the convergence is sensitive to the learning ratio in standard BP algorithm.
Here, a section of experimental data is chosen, which is got during the UV’s searching of object in sea trial, as Fig. 1.
Certainly, there are some recursive algorithms that can initialize the weights of the neural networks well, but these algorithms are based on good sample data.
For an UV, such global representative sample data are difficult to achieve.

Introduction
Nowadays in the automobile industry, the important way to be competitive is to meet the demand of enhanced passenger safety, weight reduction, and lower gas emission.
Some key material parameters are replaced with the data of 22MnB5, for 22SiMn2TiB is a novel ultra-strength steel hence some parameters are not available in public places.
The thermocouple was weld on the sheet, and data acquisition card (NI 6008) was used to record the temperature.
Program design Abaqus was choose as the preprocess software, and the inp files were set as the input files which recorded the mesh data, material parameters, initial temperature and boundary conditions.

Such
experiments were conducted to establish a reference set of data to which the results from the
dielectrophoresis experiments could be compared.
I-V (conductance) data.
Conductance data obtained from break junction experiments and dielectrophoretic wire growth are presented in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 respectively.
The data are expressed in terms of the conductance increment G0 = 2e 2/h, derived from the density of states (DOS) available to charge carriers in a reduced-dimensional system [18-20].
Conductance data for dielectrophoretically-grown wires from gold nanoparticles stabilized by (a) PVP in water and (b) ODT in dodecane.
