Each have different characteristics: monomer acrylonitrile with high strength, thermal stability and chemical stability; Butadiene with tenacity, butadiene impact resistant properties, Styrene is easy processing, and with good surface and high strength.
ABS has good performance, impact resistance, high mechanical strength, easy workability, appearance, low creep properties and superior dimensional stability and good welding with organic glass, for example, and it is widely used in engineering, electrical equipment and automobile industry. 1.2 Making sure the number of cavity The three-dimensional plot of plastic is shown as: (1), through the analysis of the knowledge, we can know the left-right part of the product is not symmetric.
According to the volume of plastic parts ,we choose XS—ZY—125 (horizontal) injection machine. 1.3 The choice principle of parting surface Parting surface decided the mould structure, and it is an important factor that related to the overall structure of the mould, the design of gating system, demoulding and the manufacturing process of mould【4】.
The slide block backward-shift will also affect the precision plastic parts, So, when mould is injected, it is necessary to setup lock.
Fig.6 The physical diagram of the heel block During the design of chocking, what we still need to be considered is the chocking pieces of oblique (also called chocking angle). In order to make the lateral twitch smoothly, the chocking angle oblique guide should be greater than fixing, otherwise it will affect the core.

The rotary compressor type has also proven durability and high efficiency for automotive applications while offering smaller form factor at the same time [4].
However, a significant friction loss occurs between the vane and the cylinder which reduces the mechanical efficiency and cause wear.
The critical factors affecting the overall efficiency of rotary vane and rolling piston compressors are mainly the friction and leakage losses.
Therefore, to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks of the existing rotary compressors, a novel four-chamber rotary compressor that has been designed with the goal of simultaneously reducing both friction and leakage losses, which are significant factors impacting rotary compressor performance.

Bacterial cellulose is a new pattern material produced by microorganism, because it has unique physical properties, chemical characteristics and mechanical properities, so it’s widely applied into food, biomedical, textile and many other kinds of industry.
Xiaobin Yu [19] used UV mutagenesis to obtain a new strain called UV3, it acid production obviously reduced and the cellulose it produced has high yield, at the same time the properties of the cellulose were very stable, the yield were increased for about 40% than the original strains.
Hwang[30] made some research on the affecting of the bacterial cellulose production by the dissolved oxygen.
Application of bacterial cellulose in acoustic equipment.Because bacterial cellulose has unique physical property and high mechanical strength can satisfy different unique need of material to make different acoustic equipment.

Introduction Surface quality is one of the most important attributes that affect steel reliability and customer confidence.
Although skilled operators are trained individuals with inspecting rules, they are sometimes inconsistent in their vague judgments due to various factors ranging from fatigue to steel variations.
One immediate application of image texture is the recognition of image regions using texture properties.
Fig. 1 Intelligent surface defect detection paradigm for hot-rolled plate Gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) estimates image properties related to second-order statistics [3].
The GLCM is normalized by dividing all entries of the matrix as (2) Table 1 Texture features extracted from GLCM The GLCM reveals certain properties about the spatial distribution of the gray levels in the texture image.

The low density, high stiffness, good corrosion resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and high temperature properties of ceramics are very desirable for their use as rolling elements.
In order to evaluate the RCF properties of ceramic balls the contact stress is studied by many scholars.
A newly developed pure rolling fatigue test rig with three contact points is used to test the rolling contact fatigue properties of silicon nitride ceramic balls.
It rotated avoiding slide causing by geometrical factor.

Introduction Diffusion phenomena occupy a prominent place in material research since decades ago as this process can influence materials properties (electronic, mechanical, optical, …).
The knowledge and understanding of this process is hence a way to enhance properties, to obtain solutions of different metallurgical problems [1].
The coefficient D is usually represented in the Arrhenius form: ln D = f (1T), (3) from which the pre-factor and the activation energy coefficients can be determined by a linear fit.
The TargISOL database, called DifEfIsol, consisted of a set of tables gathering the process and delay parameters affecting the device design of rare isotope beam production systems [6,7].
Thermal studies of the cavity are still under simulation and need to be completed to finalize the mechanical design.

In order to reveal the engineering characteristics of the deep completely decomposed granite soil in Hainan east loop line, a passenger dedicated line, four groups of centrifuge model tests were conducted to study the settlement properties of the subsoils untreated, treated by dynamic compaction, and reinforced with cement-mixed piles, under the action of the embankment, especially the relationship between settlement and time, including the settlement during and post-construction.
The physical and mechanical parameters of the soil are shown in Table 1.
After drying, crushing, and screening through 2 mm sieve, the foundation soil was filled into the model box layer by layer with moisture content and bulk density as control factors.
Taking into account these factors in the centrifugal model tests still need further study in our future work.

The properties of such coatings could be a combination of the properties of materials that build multilayers, or even significantly surpass them.
Both of them depend on the mechanical properties of the coating and substrate, coating thickness, state of residual stress as well as the test parameters [17,20,21].
Mechanical tests The study of micro-mechanical properties was carried out using the Micro-Combi-Tester (MCT) produced by CSM Instruments.
The test results confirm the significant impact of the substrate hardness on the micro-mechanical properties of the coated surface.
The observed trend of increasing the micro-mechanical properties of multilayers with a decreasing l parameter is not confirmed for the 16xCr/CrN coating, with its worse properties compared to 4xCr/CrN.

However there are several constraints on ITO’s utilization, its mechanical properties makes it too brittle to implement bendable electronic devices; and the price is uncompetitive due to limited raw material supplies.
Recently, the unique properties of graphene attract more attention since graphene was discovered by Geim et al.
Physical properties of graphene provided this one-atom two-dimension material with little light absorption, which rendering graphene films potential to be a good transparent conductor.
Need to notice that the condition of film prepared is affected by many factors, like different kinds of substrates, degrees of oxidization, size of GO particles, thickness of films, and degree of reduction [8], etc.
It demonstrates that the graphene films prepared from large size graphite perform better properties.

Rapid precipitation of the strengthening phases, which impart the high strength to 7xxx aluminium alloys, results in limited time availability to carry out forming processes, e.g. panel stamping and draw forming that require materials with properties of high ductility and low anisotropy.
Grain misorientation relationships, consisting of high angle, >15° and low angle <15°, grain boundaries are considered likely factors contributing to intergranular attack.
