Optimum Design of Plastic Injection Mould Gate Based on MoldFlow Xifen LIU a, Yihua HU b,Weijian HUANG c Department of Mechanical Engineering,Guangxi University of Technology, Liuzhou,Guangxi,China,545006 aliuxifen2000@163.com, bhuyh2003@163.com, cgxgxyjxx@163.com Keywords: Injection Mould,Moldflow, Gate,Optimum Design Abstract.
The factors of mould structure, dimension of piece, filling capacity and mould strength and so on must be considered when gate quantity was determined.
Although this plastic piece was simple shape, low-mass and used for structure piece, the high mechanical properties where was in corner was required.
From the range of gate location analyzed as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, if two gates was set in this range, weld-line would appear on the corner, which affected connective strength.

Affects the overall result (e.g. damage to the cutting tool, roughness of the machined surface, failures, defects and changes to the mechanical properties of the work piece) of the machined surface on the component, 2.
For the experiments was applied technological system machine-tool-workpiece-fixture, shown in figure 2: CNC Chiron FZ12, helical drill with a diameter d=8.0 mm, high precision hydraulic clamping head, the workpiece fixture: mechanical vise.
The mechanism of wear means the synergistic effect of factors that create a change in matter, a change in volume, i.e., a change in cutting edge dimension [5].

If the motor is driven by a voltage step signal amplitude Uc signal, the angular speed is: (7) Where, Km is the proportional gain, Tm is mechanical time constant of the motor.
The PLL linear filtering characteristics of noise.Working motor could be affected by various noise.
Random noise interference is usually caused by wind or other factors, such as mechanical friction load Noise.
Because of the PLL loop filtering properties, the PLL control system has stronger rejection ability for power frequency noise and random disturbance of the load, therefore suitable for some high load rate and big inertia of speed control application, such as the large inertia of the field work of axial piston pump motor load.

Due to material, bandwidth, price, and processing equipment of AMT and other factors, the process goes slowly.
Amorphous alloy has excellent soft magnetic properties, higher hardness, better corrosion resistant performance, etc.
The above are theoretical analysis and the actual overload time of amorphous alloy transformer is concerned with environment temperature, initial load rate, overload requirements, internal temperature limit within the iron core and windings and other factors.
Assessment of environment impact Major factors influencing the noise level of amorphous alloy transformer are magnetostrictive coefficient of the core material, technical parameters of amorphous iron core, assembly technologies, etc.
In addition, the parameters of the core material directly affect the noise level of transformer.

The main body and influencing factors of filtering effect are obtained.
Introduction Activated carbon fiber has a large specific surface area, suitable micropore structure, reactivation and strong adsorption properties.
Finally, Calculate the water content M with the formula: M=(m1- m2)/ml×100% In the process of pre-oxidation, the three main factors that affected the pre-oxidation degree were pre-oxidation temperature, time and airflow speed.
Table 1 is about four levels of the three factors.
Regardless of the interaction between the three factors, the orthogonal experiment table L(43) was designed according to the literature and the results can be viewed in Table 2.

The rheological properties of drilling fluids, such as plastic viscosity, yield point, and gel strength, are critical for ensuring efficient and safe oil and gas well drilling.
These properties are highly sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature (ranging from 20°C at the surface to over 150°C in deep wells), pressure (up to 100 MPa in high-pressure reservoirs), and shear rate variations (0.1–1000 s-1) encountered during drilling [7, 8].
Pressure sensors (range: 0–100 MPa, accuracy: ±0.1%) and temperature sensors (range: -20°C to 150°C, accuracy: ±0.5°C) are installed in the flowline to monitor environmental conditions affecting rheology.

The aim of this paper is to examine the properties of the S/S product and to assess its impact on the environment.
Laboratory testing was focused on screening those properties that may adversely affect the environment during the use of the product on the ground surface.
For this reason the properties of the S/S product were also tested two years after being manufactured.
This annex stipulates the determining factors to be the content of pollutants in the dry matter of waste and the results of ecotoxicological tests on waste, and it sets limiting values for these parameters.

Introduction Austempered ductile irons (ADI) with its unique ausferritic microstructure which have superior mechanical and physical properties.
As mentioned before, retained austenite plays a significant role in mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of IADI is controlled by the interaction between the strain hardening component, i.e., retained austenite and ferrite.
All these factors are determined by the heat treatment parameters i.e. austenitizing and austempering temperature and time.
Mechanical properties of both unalloyed and alloyed ADI and IADI samples.

It is also necessary to take into account that preservative treatment may affect the strength and stiffness properties of wood.
It is possible to determine wood density and even the related mechanical properties based on the input of the depth of the pin penetration [1].
Wood density is determined by several factors, e.g. cell diameter and cell wall thickness, proportions of earlywood and latewood, cellulose and lignin content etc.
Density has a significant influence on mechanical properties of wood and can be evaluated by penetration of an indenter [2].
The obtained data can approximate the mechanical properties of wood quite well, but much experience is needed to evaluate it in the right way.
