Many factors make our country every year for the direct and indirect economic losses caused by fire is very big, the number of casualties is increasing year by years[2], therefore, for the design of building water supply and drainage engineering, economic, practical, convenient management and so on, it puts forward a new technical requirements.
That how to reasonable design of water supply and drainage, and fire fighting system, high-rise buildings on the daily running of the economy, as well as for fire safety and reliability of great significance. 1 High-rise building water supply and drainage engineering design 1.1 Water supply system High-rise building water supply (cold water) system consist of introducing pipe, water meter nodes, boost and storage equipment, pipelines and water accessories[3].
High-rise building complex systems design, more equipment, such as the pump room, mechanical and electrical room and so on, this makes the early stage of the project design, and post equipment operation management costs much higher than the general building, therefore, on the basis of fully considering the engineering type, put forward the design scheme, and to evaluate the economic rationality of scheme, system design for economic budget, not only can save cost, also can make reasonable use of resources, at the same time also can ensure the security of the system is running.
Summary Relatively low-level civil construction, the high-rise building water supply and drainage and fire fighting system design security, higher economy and reliability requirements.

Introduction Reactive powder concrete (RPC) is a kind of high strength and high performance cement -based composite materials[1-2], It gets the rapid development and application[5] in the high speed railway, mining, bridges, water conservancy, nuclear industry, military protection engineering and other fields because of its excellent characteristics at mechanical properties, small energy consumption and low pollution, based the largest compactness theory and by the means of eliminate the coarse aggregate, reduce the water-binder ratio, improve the fineness and activity of components and adopt the forming technology by heating or pressing in the process of setting and hardening[2,4], it can reduce the internal defects (like porosities and micro -cracks) of material to a minimum.
So we can obtain the concrete that have the largest compactness, bigger bearing capacity and better durability to meet the need of engineering structure under the bad condition of long span, overloading and severe environment .
