Study of blasting seismic effect and controlling technology Bing Xie 1, a, Li Guo 1, b 1 Department of Civil Engineering, Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology, Luoyang 471023, China a lylyxb@126.com, b gldrmj@126.com Keywords: blasting; seismic; destructive effect; controlling technology Abstract.
In general, charge of engineering blasting is in shallow ground or above ground, but natural earthquake is deep in the ground, seismic effect of ground caused by them are different: (1) Duration of ground vibration caused by blasting and natural earthquake is different, generally the former is much shorter
In addition, the ground damage caused by the fault rupture, landslides and rock falls will lead to the engineering building destruction.

The evaluation for double-angle compression members is a tedious procedure and is not an easy task for practicing engineers.
This article mainly explores whether it is reasonable to adopt the design formula used by AISC members to analyze and design Double-Angle sections, thereby providing a relatively well-established reference for engineers in this industry.

This study provides basic information for further formation of round-ended CFST design theory in future which plays an important role in engineering application of the round-ended CFST.
Design procedures such as the JCJ01- 89(1989), the CECS28:90(1992), the DL/T5085-1999(1999) and the GJB4142-2000(2001)were enacted and issued one after another by State Administration of Building Materials, China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the PLA General Logistics Department successively.
So study results and literature on round-ended CFST are still very rare and there is no corresponding design theory on engineering applications of this new structure currently.

Introduction In recent decades, with the rapid development of economy and civil engineering construction, enterprises keep growing at a fast speed.
Project cost price advantage has been access to the decisive factor in competing for market, gaining engineering share and expanding the survival space.
The construction project period is long, so the engineering cost is easily affected to fluctuations in the price of labor, materials, machinery.
Cost of raw materials usually accounting for more than 60% of the project cost, is the focus of the engineering project’s cost control.
The cost control of engineering construction project is complex dynamic system engineering, which is throughout the whole process from the bidding until the end of the project warranty period.
