Abstract: In the process to build a sustainable society, building energy consumption keeps raising with the people's living standard.
In government agencies, the government asked civil servants must wear "energy saving clothes" at work in summer, and office building’s air conditioning temperature setting at 28°C, to save power.

As a result, the current study suggests that composite BNT/PVDF(25/75) could effectively be used as a potential non-lead alternative for energy harvesting, detection/ sensing or deformation induced monitoring under impact, particularly monitoring the health of different civil-infrastructures.
Besides, the increasing trends of variation of both electric contact voltage and electrical energy were observed as impact heights increased (applied mechanical energy, EM), indicating that the present composite holds the promise of being a potential lead-free choice for energy harvesting, detection/sensing applications, and health monitoring of different civil structures.

This is not only determined
by their electrical characteristics, but also by their acceptance by engineers.
Photovoltaic power generation is a civil, competitive, rapidly growing market with annual growth rates of ~ 40%, where SiC transistors are already seen as future switching device and will be used in inverter applications as soon as they are available on the market.
Beside MOSFETs only cascoded JFETs or BJTs have been suitable transistors for power electronics, since normally-on JFETs are not accepted by engineers for safety reasons and are not sensible for all topologies.

Ensuring the safety of passengers is one of the prime challenges for vehicle design engineers.
Shell structures are used in many engineering applications due to efficient load carrying capability relative to material volume i.e due to their strength to weight ratio.

Abstract.
Introduction Recent earthquakes along the Denali Faulti in Alaska (2002), Gujarat, India (2001), Izmit, Turkey (1999), Chi-chi, Taiwan (1999) and Kobe, Japan (1995) have emphasized the importance of liquefaction and lateral spreading in geotechnical engineering because of their significant destructive nature.
