The X45CrSi93 steel were sanded with sandpaper of different grain sizes, polished with diamond past of 3 and 0,25 µm, after that the samples were cleaned with neutral soap, deionized water and acetone on ultrasonic bath for 8 minutes each.
Fig. 1 – Effect of varying the number of incident ions on steel X45 CrSi 9-3.
The Fig. 2 shows the vacancies number and backscattering ions due to silicon ions subimplanted energy.
Notes that when the polarization tension increases the vacancies/ions number increases too.

The dispersions were prepared in a cavitation principle homogenizer that ensures uniform distribution of nanoparticles in the plasticizer, the number of nanotubes was 1% by weight of the plasticizer.
Due to this adsorption, depending on the number of anionic functional groups, the C3A, C4AF sections are neutralized or even recharged, which significantly reduces the shear resistance and the viscosity of the system.
Nanoparticles - aggregates of surfactants with carbon nanotubes have a significant number of anionic groups oriented in all directions along the tube (Table 1, item 6).
The introduction of UCNT dispersions leads to structural changes in the cement-sand solution with the formation of a dense shell on the surface of the solid phases of cement grains and quartz sand.
The number of contact interactions in the structured boundary layers increases, and spatial frame cells are formed in the cement matrix with dense crystalline hydrate layers, which leads to a general seal of the matrix.

This method manages to obtain such composites, but this method has a significant drawback, which is a large number of small cracks in the final material structure.
This method has such advantages as ecological purity, high profitability, a small time interval for the powder consolidation that allows preserving the fine-grained structure of the synthesized material, which causes the high physical and mechanical properties.
The SEM-image shows that a large number of micropores are formed in the carbon fiber layer, which could not be filled with powder metal.
Such placement leads to increase in the total number of aluminum and carbon fiber layers.
In the second sample, the final characteristics will be slightly better only due to the larger number of precursors layers placed in the molds before sintering.

Choosing Experimental Samples and Numbering In order to study on impact resistance performance and test method of PDC, five common typical macro-interfaces (planar structure, v-groove, u-groove, ring groove, ring claw-tooth) are used as objects of this study.
Table 1 Samples’ serial number and their picture Number 1# 2# 3# 4# 5# Interface Planar structure v-groove u-groove Ring groove Ring claw-tooth Picture Test Methods of PDC Impact Resistance Fig.2 Sketch map of test method for PDC impact resistance performance The impact resistance performance of PDC indicates its comprehensive performance, and is of crucial importance to PDC application effect.
However, the PDC selected for this test is of good performance and high quality, so the work load will be much more and not convenient for us to do because of having a great number of wok loads.
Table 2 Test result of PDC impact resistance at normal temperature Samples number Interface structure Impact frequency total impact energy 1# planar structure 20 78.4 2# v-groove 45 176.4 3# T-groove 70 274.4 4# Ring groove 90 352.8 5# Ring claw-tooth 130 509.6 During the drilling process of PDC tooth, there are two critical temperatures for the tooth’s thermal wear, 350°C and 750°C.
Beside, most of crystalline grains in the diamond layer have combined into the D-D structure.

This veneer—rice straw composite board has the natural wood grain on the surface, the content of harmful substances such as formaldehyde is very low.
In addition, with the increase of spreading, just because the number of cement-point increased in unite area, which make the bending force strengthen, and so the bending strength enhanced.

During the deoxidization process, there were two forms of iron mineral grains: one was covered by siderite and the other was single.
Conclusions (1)For the refractory ore containing siderite from Donganshan, “two-step floatation” was adopted and siderite was obtained in the first step, then reduction roasting-magnetic separation experiments were carried out, such an index was obtained the grade and recovery of concentrate were 60.43% and 83.59%, and for tailings, the two numbers were 14.86% and 16.41% respectively; (2)It was showed by the results of experiments that the optimum conditions were: roasting temperature 700℃, roasting temperature 15min, ratio of coal 6% magnetic field intensity 1.18×105A/m, feed fineness for the secondary low intensity magnetic separation -0.0375mm accounting for 85%; (3)Results of experiments indicated that regrind was necessary for the concentrate of the first-stage magnetic separation, so as to improve the grade of magnetic separation concentrate; References [1] Zhang Zhaoyuan, Lv Zhenfu, Yin Wanzhong and Han Yuexin.
