In this paper, anatase TiO2 with mesoporous structure is prepared by hydrothermal method, and the mesoporous structure has been found to be aggregated by a large number of nanocrystalline TiO2 particles.
Meanwhile, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) becomes narrower, which reveals that the grain size becomes larger with the increasing annealing temperature.
For the TiO2 sphere annealed at 400 °C, the size of the nanocrystallite is about 3 to 8 nm, the size of the pore is quite small (about 4.1 nm), and the number of the pores is very large.
