Its anti-fatigue performance and reliability of directly affects the safety of train traveling.
Currently, the methods of improving fatigue properties of welded joints include hammering, shot peen, dressing, and ultrasonic impacting method [4,10].
Assuming the cold and heat source move with the same speed v, the shape of the cold source affecting on the specimen plane is oval-shaped, its energy distribution is similar to Gaussian distribution, then in time t ,the cold flow intensity of any point on weld is: qLB = qLexp{-kL[(x-vt)2+y2]} =qLFL(x,y,t) (3) where kL is the concentration factor of the cold source , FL as a function of time, qLis the maximum cold flow intensity.
Nonlinear material properties of high temperature are taken into consideration during the calculation.
Its mechanical and thermal physical parameters depend on the temperature, in the simulation, The properties parameters that close to and above the melting temperature are obtained by extrapolation [8].

Introduction
An increased use of recycled aluminium requires the development of new tailor made alloys and an optimisation of the thermo-mechanical processing routes so that to handle the corresponding changes and variations of chemical compositions (alloying elements and impurities).
Typically, alloying elements like Mn, Fe and Si will accumulate in secondary alloys, which may strongly affect the microstructural evolution and associated mechanical properties during processing.
It is well established that dispersoids affect recovery and recrystallization behavior through the pinning they exert on migrating sub-grain and grain-boundaries, i.e. the Zener drag effect.
With the present data this represents a factor of 2 larger for the effective Zener drag.
Both C2-1 and C2-3 experience a considerably lower Zener drag (although comparable) and the kinetics and final grain structure are accordingly less affected.

They can be influenced by numerous factors.
It is characterized by an excellent material usage, the superior material properties and the possibility to reach small geometrical tolerances [01].
Tertiary influences result from the environmental properties.
Another one often used in bulk metal forming is the friction factor model.
But an additional increase of the force affects a decrease of the friction coefficient up to 31 %.

Because of these excellent tribological properties, DLC films are used as protective coatings on microelectronic devices, optical devices, and magnetic storage media [2].
Surface morphology is another important factor that can greatly affect tribological properties of DLC films.

Mathematical Model
Various factors are the source of vibration during milling.
Improving the structural damping of small diameter end mills [3], passive linear shock absorbers embedded in the machine spindle [4], adjustable vibration absorbers installed on the cantilever plate [5], [6], additional mass elements that improve the dynamic properties of the workpiece [7], also help to reduce the vibration amplitude during milling.
Dynamic milling model: m – reduced mass of the system; c - generalized stiffness coefficient; k – generalized damping factor; F (t) - cutting force.
One of the parameters that determine the value of the vibration amplitude у (t) is the depth of cut a (Fig. 1), which is included in the expression for the angle φ of contact between the cutter and the workpiece and affects the parameters m, k1, k2 ... k7 in Eq (1).

Strength of foam film is one of the major factors that determine foam stability.
One of its special properties is that it can absorb water to swell several times as big as its initial size.
This special property allows it to drive oil from the deep reservoir.
