The growth rates of solid globules during soaking stage were substantially low for UST-treated billets (in the order of 479-748 mm3/s [[] W.
Un-grain refined ingots of the alloy with the chemical compositions of Table 1 were used.
Table 1 Alloy chemical compositions.
The UST setup is shown in Fig. 1(a).
Reheated billets were then fed into the shot sleeve of the thixocasting machine, Fig. 1(c).

Introduction Since its discovery in the early 1970s SSM processing of alloys and composites has shown great potential for engineering applications where high component integrity was required [1,2].
Semi-solid metal processing has evolved into two processing routes, 1) rheocasting or rheoforming and 2) thixocasting or thixoforming.
Rheoforming was first introduced by Spencer et al [1], based on his original research.

Figure 1: Microstructure after Nital etching of hot rolled sheets of Steel A (0.02Nb) on the left and Steel B (0.07Nb) on the right.
Using dilation data, it was possible to assess the critical transformation points which were quite similar for both steels (Table 1).

Introduction The bioleaching of low-grade sulfide ores has rapidly increased over the last decade due to the advantages of low consumption of energy and environment friendliness[1].
Nitrospira moscoviensis strain NSP M-1 was used as outgroup.
To simplify the process, strain Warwick was used as the representation of Group 1, and MT6 and Fairview were designed as the representation of Group 2 and Group 3, respectively.

Fig. 1 Photovoltaic output prediction model of BP neural network The transformation function which adopted in this paper is all single polarity Sigmoid functions: (1) The basic process of BP algorithm is to input samples from the input layer, and transmit to output payer after a step-by-step processing of the hidden layer.
For input, the dimension of each data is not exactly the same, so we need a scale transform to limit its value within [0, 1].
The results are shown in Table.1 and Table.2.

The electrolyte was prepared by adding 10 g Na2SiO3 and 1 g KOH in 1 liter of distilled water.
The EIS scans were conducted at the intervals of 5 minutes, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 18 h of immersion.
The LSA portions of the hybrid coatings exhibit the same composition as the LSA coatings alone shown in Fig. 1.
