The optimization variables are chosen, X=[x9 x10 x11 x12 x13]T where, X2- the variable matrix of crankshaft, x9- the radius of the connecting rod journal, m, x10- the length of the connecting rod journal, m, x11- the radius of the main bearing journal, m, x12- the fillet radium between main bearing journal and crank arm, m, x13- the fillet radium between the connecting rod journal and crank arm, m.

The synroc materials are obtained by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS)[5-7].
Raw material.
The chemical stability of the materials obtained was determined by the rate of the Sr,Ti and Cr ions leaching form the samples into the distilled water at 90℃.
The microstructures of the strontium titanate -based materials obtained by the reaction are shown in Figs.4 .It shows that the Strontium titanate phase is seen to be irregular gray tetragons (Fig4a ).

Introduction With increasing broaden of research and application of nano materials, nano magnetism, nano ceramic, nano solid lubrication and nano catalyze materials are hopefully applied in large scale, among which, nano solid material is to be one of the most important material.
Preparation of nano materials and their specialities research grows up as one of the most active front in tribology field and gets high attention from material science, physics and chemicals[2].
Meanwhile, material of ball is also correlative with granule size and rigidity of raw material and so on, mohs rigidity of ball should be three times larger than raw material, and the general materials for milling ball are glass, alumina, zirconia, steel etc.
While, mixing speed can’t go up unlimitedly, since it has been limited by factors such as motor power, materials intensity of ball, muddler and mixing barrel.
