Introduction Fly ash and silica fume are widely used as important mineral admixtures in the concrete engineering [1].
The water binder ratio chosen in the experiments was 0.23, 0.35 and 0.53 which was generally used including high strength and low strength concrete in engineering.
In engineering the water binder ratio of 0.23, 0.35 and 0.53 can be generally used to produce the high strength, medium strength and low strength concrete.
