The carbon content was determined by counting the number of carbon atoms in small slices perpendicular to the axis of the selected volume ( where nc is the number of ions of carbon, and nt is the total number of ions collected).
The size of the slices is a compromise between maximizing the number of ion atoms and the spatial resolution.
Error bars represent the statistical scatter in the composition profiles due to the number of ions in each slice of the selected volume of analysis.
However, due to the fact that nanocrystalline materials contain a large volume fraction of nanograin boundaries, the thermodynamic properties, particularly the Gibbs free energy, cannot be accurately described by conventional thermodynamic models in which the fundamental functions were derived neglecting internal boundaries, which certainly applies for coarse-grained polycrystalline alloys [8].

Chemical conditions of the different baths for CBD-ZnS deposition Bath number/concentration Thiourea [mol/L] ZnCl2 [mol/L] KOH [mol/L] NH4NO3 [mol/L] 1 0.2 0.02 0.7 0.5 2 0.2 0.02 0.7 0.4 3 0.2 0.02 0.6 0.5 4 0.2 0.02 0.6 0.4 5 0.2 0.02 0.5 0.5 6 0.2 0.02 0.5 0.4 3.
It can be seen from Fig. 1 that grain size decreases as the [KOH] decreases.
It can be noted from Table 3, that as KOH concentration decreases, the values of Eg establish at 3.77~3.78 eV, very close to the theoretical value of Eg [1] especially for baths number 5 and 6.
Film thickness and Zn/S atomic ratio as a function of deposition time for bath number 5.
The deposited films presented an amorphous structure and the optimal chemical conditions correspond to the films prepared with bath number 5 conditions.

; b1, b2, a1 and a2 represent the mole number of Fe, V, C, N atom, respectively.
Ni represents action concentration of the fourteen structural units, and ni represent mole number of the fourteen structural units after equilibrium. ∑ ni represents the total mole number of the system.
The results also indicate that the concentration of VN increase with the increasing mole fraction of [V], and the number of nuclei will also increase when freezing, and the grain will be fine after frozen.
Vanadium in melt is disadvantage to denitrogention, but it can promote the formation of VN, and increase the number of nucleus and weaken the ageing strengthening. 3.

Water contact angles of coating with varying percentage of Z-6137 silane and 12% w/v hydrophobic gel in resin binder after a number of abrasion passes.
Water contact angles of coating with varying percentage of TEOS and 12% w/v hydrophobic gel in resin binder after a number of abrasion passes.
Water contact angles of coating with varying percentage of TEOS and 20% w/v hydrophobic gel in resin binder after a number of abrasion passes.
However, the hydrophobic silica gel mixed with TEOS coating was had better adhesion to the substrate as observed by the greater number of abrasion passes that the coating can take before the WCA drops.

And each specimen shall be numbered according to cutting locations, with 3 specimens in each group.
Fig 9 is the figure of the accumulative number of AE hits versus time.
As is shown, the number of AE hits before 1140s increases slowly, but rises rapidly thereafter, and shows a step-type change that the number of AE hits increases dramatically at roughly 1705s.
This signifies that the number of AE hits can be well used to monitor and test the loading and deformation process of welding specimen.

Recently, an increasingly number of segmentation algorithms based on regions has been proposed.
Such as, train large number of samples, the number of clusters relates to content of images, and it is prone to insufficient segmentation and oversegmentation.
The optimal cluster number and the degree of fuzziness of FCM were chosen through cluster validity and experiments respectively.
Zhou Long proposed a detection model of pests in stored grain based on image recognition.
Thirdly, an increasing number of specialists inclined to the specified theories rather than the classical algorithms to cope with the problem of image segmentation of disease spot.

At present the liquid soil stabilizers, which have application in either a number of subgrades and subbase in high class highway and pavement in low class highway or rural road, bring about a striking effect.
L-soil is grey hard in its natural state, and W-soil is earth-yellow hard-plastic .a summary of the two soil properties determined in laboratory are presented in Table 1.As shown in Table 1 ,the fine grained content of two soil are more than 50%.meanwhile,it is presented in Table 2 that the clay content(less than 0.002mm) of L -soil is 10%,and that of W-soil is 13%.The sum of SiO2 and Al2O3 in the two soil composition are more than 75% of the gross sample weight, and the ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 is nearly equal to 2.It is shown that there are more quartz clast and enriched silicoaluminate clay minerals in two types of soils.moreover, the free swelling rate of the two soils are more than 40% and the liquid limits are greater than 50%.
