Materials and methods
1.1 Materials
The AAB flute corrugated fiberboard was selected to compare the edgewise compressive strength with honeycomb fiberboard.
To eliminate the impact of materials, the same material used in the plate and core of honeycomb fiberboard and AAB flute corrugated fiberboard in the models.
The physical parameters of the materials are presented in Table.1[13].

Many efforts have been made to develop protective coatings to against AO erosion, Al2O3, SiO2 is thought as the best materials[3,4].Generally, Al2O3, SiO2 coating are prepared by physical vapor deposition[5], but these inorganic coatings have a different coefficient of thermal expansion from substrates, they can be cattle, and crack easily, and can not protect substrate materials well.
Polyimide is one of the most used materials on spacecrafts as substrate materials of solar panels.
The study is helpful for developing high performance materials against AO erosion.

For the 800 oC sample, the materials seem to be more crystalline with individual polyhedral shapes.
The XRD patterns of all the materials are matched to the ICDD reference pattern number 01-089-2810 which is α-Fe2O3 rhombohedral structure with space group R-3c.
Therefore, it can be seen that purity, phase and crystal size are dependent on the heat treatments done on the materials.
This parameter also affecting the crystallite size and morphology of the materials.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) was selected as the fabrication method for this printable UAV as The primary benefit of SLS is the produced part’s durability and the fact that SLS users may choose from the widest range of engineering-grade materials available in the rapid prototyping industry.
That is because a UAV is smaller than a manned aircraft so that the material cost is lower.

Magnesium alloy was the lightest metal in practical metallic materials and had much superiority such
as high strength and stiffness, excellent machine ability and recyclable ability.
It had been regarded as the recyclable lightweight material to replace polymer materials.
When magnesium alloy was used as the parts for structural materials, it was very important to consider the safety under multiaxial and biaxial loading since machines and products were under multiaxial loading rather than uniaxial one.
The sample materials used for the experiments were the plates of the magnesium alloy; AZ31B-0 (without heat treatment), AZ31B-200 (with 200 °C heat treatment), and AZ31B-430 (with 430 °C heat treatment) by Osaka Fuji industry.
