In order to get rid of the disadvantages that are tabooed by carbon sealing materials for mechanical applications, carbon graphite needs to be improved through impregnation [1].
Above-mentioned two reasons may also exist but not very obviously in the first two categories because materials of this category have very low porosity (9.241%).
