As KF concentration increases, pores’ size increases but the number decreases. when the KF concentration is slow, the coating grows so slowly that molten oxides solidified inadequately. however, when it is high, the high temperature oxide solidified so rapidly that discharge channels are filled unevenly leading to many microcrack and coarse-grained structure.

To study the temperature field around the composite interface during the casting process, temperature in the interface and in the cooling plate was measured, measurement points in different positions are corresponded to thermal couples with different number.

This paper presents a structure evaluation method of the supporting plate of the steaming bucket, the evaluation indicator model is built based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and the calculation of the structure evaluation is accomplished, so as to realize the better structure of the supporting plate, and maximize the scientific design of the plate correctly, which reduces fermented grains loss and production cost and to increase liquor distilling efficiency and liquor yield.
